New Delhi, 20 August (NNS): Milk powder prices are expected to remain stable for the next few days. Export deals have declined due to the recent conflict between Iran and the US. As a result, exporters are actively buying at the current price levels, while seasonal Shravani demand is also supporting the market. Currently, dry fruits manufacturers are purchasing milk powder at prevailing prices. Meanwhile, selling pressure from South India has reduced over the past three days, which has further supported prices. Apart from this, the premium-quality milk powder is currently holding steady at Rs 310/328 per kg. Cow milk powder from South India is arriving in North Indian markets and is being sold at around Rs 280–290 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-कुछ दिन स्थिरता रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 20 अगस्त (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर में  ईरान एवं अमेरिका के पिछले दिनों के जंग से निर्यात के सौदे कम हो गए हैं। इसलिए वर्तमान के भाव में निर्यातक खुलकर लिवाल हैं तथा श्रावणी मांग चल रही है, जिस कारण अभी ठहराव रहेगा। हालांकि दूध पाउडर वर्तमान भाव में मावा निर्माता खरीद रहे हैं। दूसरी गत तीन दिनों से दक्षिण भारत बिकवाली घटाकर नहीं आ रही है। जिस कारण दूध पाउडर के भाव प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 310/328 रुपए प्रति किलो टिके हुए हैं। दक्षिण भारत का कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर उत्तर भारत की मंडियों में आकर 280/290 रुपए प्रति किलो आकर बिक रहा है।

Desi Ghee: Exports Have Been Affected

New Delhi, 20 August (NNS): The intermittent conflict between the US, Iran and Israel has adversely affected the market of desi ghee. The pace of butter exports has slowed down. However, production has also declined due to the sluggish supply of raw material. Under these circumstances, there is currently little possibility of a decline in the prices of desi ghee and butter. In the plants of North India, butter stocks are 22 percent lower as compared to the same period  of the last year. The butter containers that had been stuck last month have now been cleared, and fresh export deals for new shipments have started taking place. Apart from this, Premium-quality desi ghee has remained stable throughout the week at Rs 9550/9750 per tin.

देसी घी- निर्यात प्रभावित हुआ है

नई दिल्ली, 20 अगस्त (एनएनएस) अमेरिका ईरान इजरायल युद्ध रूक रूक कर होने का देसी घी के व्यापार पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ा है। बटर के निर्यात में धीमी गति बन गई है। हालांकि उत्पादन पड़ते के अभाव में कम हो गया है, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के देसी घी एवं बटर में घटने की संभावना नहीं है। उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में बटर का स्टॉक, गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में 22 प्रतिशत कम है, पिछले महीने के फंसे बटर के कंटेनर निकल चुके हैं तथा नए शिपमेंट हेतु सौदे होने लगे हैं। देसी घी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 9550/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन पूरा सप्ताह टिका हुआ है।
