New Delhi, 14 November (NNS): The demand of milk powder seems weak at the higher level during the last some days and the companies are selling the stock after the decrement of Rs 10 to Rs 295/305 per kg. Both the local and upcountry demand from the dry fruits manufacturers seems weak as comparatively from the last two days. On the other hand, the procurement of cow milk powder seems weak from the exporters of South India . The reality is that the delivery of sold stock seems constant after Diwali, due to this reason, there is a lack of arrival pressure of the stock in the plants. Before this, the consumption of margsheersh month has already been over. The demand of milk powder seems unfavorable at the higher level, due to this, the selling of Maharashtra’s stock seems weak, in these circumstances, the prices of milk powder may show downfall. Therefore, it is profitable to take the profit at the current level during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-10 रुपए प्रति किलो घटे

नई दिल्ली, 14 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर में पिछले दिनों के बढ़े हुए भाव में ग्राहकी कमजोर होने तथा कंपनियों द्वारा अंदरुनी घटाकर बिकवाली किए जाने से 10 रुपए गिरकर आज 295/305 रुपए प्रति किलो भाव रह गए। गत दो दिनों से लोकल एवं चालानी मावा निर्माताओं की मांग में अपेक्षाकृत कमी आ गई है। उधर निर्यातक भी दक्षिण भारत के काऊ मिल्क पाउडर कम खरीद कर रहे हैं। वास्तविकता यह है कि दिवाली बाद बिके हुए मालों की डिलीवरी चल रही थी, जिस कारण प्लांटों में माल का प्रेशर कम हो गया था। उससे पहले मार्गशीर्ष मास की खपत पूरी हो चुकी है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में ऊंचे भाव पर मांग अनुकूल नहीं है, जिससे महाराष्ट्र के माल भी कम जा रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में दूध पाउडर के भाव आगे मंदे लग रहे हैं। अत: मुनाफा लेते रहना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: prices may decrease by Rs 150 per tin

New Delhi, 14 November (NNS):The prices of desi ghee rose by Rs 150 per tin due to the competitive buying of liquid milk during the previous week, but the demand seems unfavorable at the higher prices, due to this, the companies have reduced the prices. The trade of adulterated stock of desi ghee seems rapid in the neighbouring markets of Delhi. Here, the adulterants are selling the stock on the branded names in godown reach, due to this, the trade seems feeble in the markets. Apart from this, the trade of desi ghee seems constant in the online consumer pack, due to this reason, the trade in retail market seems weak, but the prices of desi ghee seems weak. Here, the prices of premium quality desi ghee declined by Rs 150 to Rs 9600/970 per tin as per the quality in the companies of Delhi NCR. The adulterated stock of desi ghee also ruling at Rs 6000/760 per quintal as per the quality.

देसी घी-150 रुपए प्रति टीन घटे

नई दिल्ली, 14 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) पिछले सप्ताह लिक्विड दूध की प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक खरीद चलने से देसी घी के भाव 150 रुपए प्रति टीन बढ़ गए थे, लेकिन बढ़े हुए भावों में ग्राहकी अनुकूल नहीं होने से पुन: कंपनियों ने बढ़े हुए भाव को घटाने पड़े। मिलावटी देसी घी का व्यापार दिल्ली से दूर दराज की मंडियों में धड़ल्ले से सुना गया। यहां भी कुछ अराजक तत्व हलवाइयों को सीधे सप्लाई नामी ब्रांडों के नाम से गोदाम पहुंच में करने लगे हैं, इससे मंडियों में व्यापार कम हो गया है। इसके अलावा ऑनलाइन उपभोक्ता पैक में भी देसी घी का व्यापार धड़ल्ले से चल रहा है, इस वजह से रिटेल बाजार में व्यापार कम दिखाई दे रहा है, लेकिन प्लांटों में एक साथ प्रोडक्शन शुरू हो जाने से लिक्विड दूध में अभी भी मशक्कत चल रही है, इसे देखते हुए देसी घी में मंदे की गति थोड़ी धीमी रहेगी। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 150 रुपए टूटकर 9600/ 9900 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच कंपनियां दिल्ली एनसीआर पहुंच में माल बेच रही हैं। मिलावटी माल 6000/7600 रुपए के बीच ब्रांड के हिसाब से सप्लाई कर रहे हैं।
