New Delhi, 16 May (NNS): Today, there were around 70/71 lakh litres of liquid milk reported to supply in the markets of North India, due to this reason, the production was almost 540/550 metric tonnes. The companies have increased the prices by Rs 10 per kg during the previous days owing to the shortage of the spot stock and today also, the companies have increased the premium quality milk powder at Rs 325/335 per kg from the last one week. Here, the extra consumption of milk showed uptrend in poly pack. The stock of milk powder has been stared exporting constantly and the milk powder prices may gain by Rs 20 per kg even after the uptrend in the stock of South India.

दूध पाउडर-खरीद का समय

नई दिल्ली, 16 मई (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति उत्तर भारत की मंडियों में आज 70-71 लाख लीटर के करीब रही, जिस कारण दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन 540-550 मीट्रिक टन रह गया है।  हाजिर माल की कमी से पिछले दिनों कंपनियों ने 10 रुपए प्रति किलो और बढ़ा दी थी तथा आज भी कंपनियों द्वारा प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के पूर्व भाव 325/335 रुपए प्रति किलो पर एक सप्ताह से 18 बना हुआ है। इधर पॉलीपैक में भी दूध की अतिरिक्त खपत बढ़ने लगी है। दूध पाउडर  निर्यात हेतु खरीद भी चलने लगी है तथा दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर तेज होने से 20 रुपए प्रति किलो और बढ़ने की संभावना दिखाई दे रही है।

Desi ghee: will likely to remain high

New Delhi, 16 May (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reduced to 70 lakh litres on daily basis in the plants, due to which, the production was around 400/410 metric tonnes regularly, due to this reason, the prices of desi ghee went up by Rs 200 to  Rs 8950/9150 per tin. Here, the adulterated stock has been selling out rapidly in the plants, but the premium quality stock gets affected and there is a lack of demand on seeing the uptrend in the prices and the companies are trading directly. This is the off season of the production. On the other hand, there is a lack of butter and desi ghee stock in both the markets and the plants. Therefore, the market may show uptrend during the near future.

देसी घी-इस बार तेजी कायम रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 16 मई (एनएनएस) प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर 70 लाख लीटर औसतन दैनिक हो गई है, जिससे देसी घी का उत्पादन 400-410 मीट्रिक टन दैनिक रह गई है। इस वजह से पिछले दिनों 200 रुपए बढ़कर 8950/9150 रुपए प्रति टीन पर टिके हुए हैं। इधर मिलावटी माल भी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे है, लेकिन उसका प्रभाव प्रीमियम क्वालिटी पर पड़ रहा है। इसमें तेजी के हिसाब से बाजारों में ग्राहकी नहीं है, कंपनियों से सीधे व्यापार हो रहा है। उत्पादन का ऑफ सीजन है। वहीं प्लांटो एवं मंडियों में देशी घी तथा बटर का स्टाक नहीं है। अत: बाजार और तेज रहेंगे।
