New Delhi, 15 January (NNS): The extra consumption of milk powder has been started. The manufacturing companies have increased the prices of liquid milk by Rs 55/56 per litre in the current week, due to this reason, the production also been increasing in the plants, despite this, the prices of milk powder remained stable at the higher level. In Delhi reach, the milk powder which was being sold at Rs 260/265 per kg in Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, later on, it is quoting at Rs 270/285 per kg. Most of the companies are packing less amount federation stock of cow milk powder in North India because of the higher difference of the prices, in these circumstances, the milk powder which was selling at Rs 295/305 per kg and it is expected that the prices may increase by Rs 10 per kg during the next 10 days.

दूध पाउडर-व्यापार अनुकूल से बढ़त संभव

नई दिल्ली, 15 जनवरी (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर की अतिरिक्त शुरू हो गई है। चालू सप्ताह में निर्माता कंपनियों ने लिक्विड दूध बढ़ाकर 55/56 रुपए प्रति लीटर के भाव खरीद किया है, जिस कारण प्लांटों में उत्पादन बढ़ने के बावजूद दूध पाउडर के भाव तेजी लिए टिके हुए हैं। महाराष्ट्र तमिलनाडु में जो दूध पाउडर दिल्ली पहुंच में 260/265 रुपए प्रति किलो बिक रहे थे, उसके बाद 270/285 रुपये में बोलने लगे हैं। उत्तर भारत में अधिकतर कंपनियां , फेडरेशन वाले काउ मिल्क पाउडर पैकिंग कम रही हैं, क्योंकि भावों का अंतर अब काफी कम हो गया है, इन परिस्थितियों में जो दूध पाउडर 295/305 रुपए प्रति किलो बिक रहा है, इसमें अगले कुछ दिनों में 10 रुपए की और तेजी आ सकती है।

Desi ghee: no risk in the trade

New Delhi, 15 January (NNS): The prices of desi ghee went down by Rs 1400/1500 per tin from the upper level, after this, its prices slipped by Rs 425/450 per tin. The stockists are doing nominal buying because the prices showed heavy downfall. The plants are supplying the stock of liquid milk in the plants after some time, due to this reason, the production of desi ghee remained stable at the same level. On the other hand, the butter which was sold out, its delivery has been started in the January shipments. Presently, the premium quality desi ghee also selling at Rs 8700/8800 per tin, whereas, the companies are quoting up by Rs 100 per quintal as compared to the markets. The traders started storing the stock at the current level after the consumption in bulk and tetra pack, however, there is no pending deliveries sold stock, but there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices. We believe that the supply of milk gained to 2.5 crore litres on daily basis at the current level owing to the good rainfall this year.

देसी घी-व्यापार में रिस्क नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 15 जनवरी (एनएनएस) देसी घी में ऊपर के भाव से लगभग 1400/1500 रुपए प्रति टिन गिरने के बाद मंदा 425/450 रुपए गया है। स्टॉकिस्ट भी छिटपुट लिवाल आने लगे हैं, क्योंकि अभी नीचे भाव आ गए हैं। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति प्लांटों में बढ़कर ठहर गयी है, जिस वजह से देसी घी का उत्पादन पूर्ववत चल रहा है। वहीं जो बटर निर्यात में बिका था, उसकी डिलीवरी जनवरी शिपमेंट की शुरू हो चुकी है। वर्तमान में प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का देसी घी 8700/8800 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच बाजार में बिक रहा है, जबकि कंपनियां 100 रुपए ऊंचे भाव, बाजार की अपेक्षा बोल रही है। टेट्रा पैक एवं बल्क में खपत के बाद स्टाक कारोबारी रोकने लगे हैं, हालांकि पहले के बिके मालों की डिलीवरी किसी प्लांट में बाकी नहीं है, लेकिन अब मंदे की गुंजाइश नहीं है। हम मानते हैं कि इस बार अच्छी बरसात होने से वर्तमान में दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़कर 2.5 करोड़ लीटर से कुछ ऊपर दैनिक हो गई है।
