New Delhi, 25 September (NNS): The government has stopped the sale of adulterated milk, yogurt, cheese along with other products, before this, the adulteration seems weak as compared to before, in this situation, the prices of milk powder may increase. Now, the supply of milk powder has been increasing constantly, but it slipped by 12/13 percent as compared to the same period of the previous year, due to this, the production of milk powder seems unfavourable. Notably, the demand of milk powder showed strong trend from the dry fruits manufacturers and the liquid milk manufacturing companies, due to this, the prices of premium quality milk powder remained stable at Rs 320/333 per kg, whereas, the buying should be constant at the current level. On the other hand, the cow milk powder is being available at the higher level from Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, in these circumstances, there is no downfall in the roots.

दूध पाउडर-मिलावट पर सख्ती से तेजी संभव

नई दिल्ली, 26 सितंबर (एनएनएस) सरकार द्वारा मिलावटी दूध दही पनीर सहित अन्य उत्पादों की बिक्री पर रोक लगा दिया गया है, इससे पहले की अपेक्षा मिलावट में कुछ कमी आई है। इस स्थिति में दूध पाउडर के भाव बढ़ सकते हैं। इस समय प्लांटों में आपूर्ति धीरे-धीरे कुछ बढ़ गई है, लेकिन अभी भी गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में 12-13 प्रतिशत कम है, जिससे दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन अनुकूल नहीं है। गौरतलब है कि मावा निर्माताओं एवं पेय पदार्थ बनाने वाली कंपनियों की पकड़ मजबूत होने से 320/333 रुपए प्रति किलो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर के भाव तेजी लिए ठहरे हुए हैं, उधर साउथ में भी वर्तमान भाव पर फिर लिवाली आने लगी है। उधर महाराष्ट्र एवं तमिलनाडु के कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी ऊंचे भाव में मिल रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों अभी जड़ में मंदा नहीं है।

Desi ghee: prices may increase before navratri

New Delhi, 25 September (NNS): Due to the strictness over the adulterated desi ghee, the demand of best quality stock has been started increasing, in these circumstances, the prices of desi ghee may not show more downfall. The production of desi ghee reported to be weak as compared to the same period of the previous year because this year, liquid milk prices improved by Rs 6/7 per kg, due to this reason, the stock have been available at the higher level to the companies. The companies are continuously making butter stock because the export has been increasing constantly. Today, the supply of liquid milk reported to be around2/2.5 lakh litres. Here, the demand seems high for bhadrapad and Ashwin month, due to this, the prices of liquid milk may not show more downfall, as a result, the prices of desi ghee will increase after some time. Presently, the premium quality desi ghee is being traded at Rs9700/9900 per tin. Here, the government is strict towards the adulterated stock, due to this, there will be the shortage of the stock during the near future.

देसी घी- नवरात्रि से पहले तेजी आएगी

नई दिल्ली, 26 सितंबर (एनएनएस) मिलावटी देसी घी पर सख्ती होने से बढ़िया माल की कदर बढ़ने लगी है, इन परिस्थितियों में देसी घी में  बिल्कुल मंदा भी नहीं है। गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में देसी घी का उत्पादन कम हो रहा है, क्योंकि लिक्विड दूध के भाव इस बार 6-7 रुपए महंगे हो गए हैं, जिस कारण कंपनियों को बिल्कुल पड़ता नहीं लग रहा है। कंपनियां बटर बनाने में लगी हैं, क्योंकि निर्यात मांग भी निकलने लगा है। आज 2-2.5 लाख लीटर लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति । इधर भाद्रपद एवं आश्विन माह हेतु मांग चल रही है, जिससे बाजार लिक्विड दूध के अभी घटने वाले नहीं हैं, परिणामस्वरूप कुछ दिन बाद देसी घी में फिर तेजी आ जाएगी। वर्तमान में बाजार 9700/9900 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी बिक रहे हैं। इधर मिलावटी मालों पर पिछले माह से सख्ती चल रही है, इसलिए अभी माल की शॉर्टेज रहेगी।
