New Delhi, 09 March (NNS):  The supply of liquid milk showed uptrend as compared to the previous week due to the increment in the temperature because of all-round wedding and holi. The consumption has been increasing in North India from the last 20/22 days. The milk powder has been exporting from North India along with Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu. There, the prices have been ruling at the higher level. The stored stock of milk powder has been decreasing constantly. There, the stock of powder has not been available in the plants. Here, the market may show uptrend due to the strong demand from the stockists in the weekend because of the constant upcountry demand. Therefore, the market may gain to Rs 310/323 per kg.

दूध पाउडर- ठहर कर अच्छी तेजी संभव

नई दिल्ली, 9 मार्च (एनएनएस) गर्मी बढ़ने से लिक्विड दूध की खपत गत सप्ताह पहले की अपेक्षा काफी बढ़ गई, क्योंकि होली एवं शादियों हेतु चौतरफा बनी रही। उत्तर भारत में 20-22 दिन पहले से ही खपत बढ़ने लगी है। महाराष्ट्र तमिलनाडु के साथ-साथ उत्तर भारत का भी मिल्क पाउडर निर्यात में जा रहा है, वहां के पड़ते उत्तर भारत की मंडियों में नहीं लग रहे हैं। दूध पाउडर का स्टॉक उत्तर भारत में धीरे-धीरे घटता जा रहा है, वहीं पाउडर प्लांट भी अब क्षमता के अनुरूप नहीं चल रहे हैं। इधर दिसावरी मांग से सप्ताहांत में दूध पाउडर में स्टाकिस्टों की पकड़ मजबूत होने से यहां से बाजार तेज लग रहा है। अत: 310/323 रु दूध पाउडर आगे चलकर तेज हो जाएगा।

Desi ghee: prices may increase intermittently

New Delhi, 09 March (NNS): The companies of North India are selling the stock of butter, due to this,  the companies are producing less amount of stock. On the other hand, the prices of premium quality desi ghee gained by Rs 150 to Rs 9200/9525 per tin in the second fortnight owing to the strong demand from the stockists. The prices showed uptrend in the same ratio in the markets. The prices may increase on seeing the further demand. The supply of liquid milk showed downfall in the markets of UP, Haryana, Punjab and Haryana, due to this reason, the amount of fats have been decreasing in the companies. The stock has been selling at an under rate as compared to the companies. We believe that the stock of desi ghee has been selling out rapidly in the markets, but the market has been increasing constantly because of the higher prices of liquid milk. The stock of fats declined by 6/7 percent in the plants of Haryana. The prices may increase on seeing the consumption for the weddings along with Holi.

देसी घी-रूक रूककर तेजी आएगी

नई दिल्ली, 9 मार्च (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत की कंपनियां मक्खन बनाकर स्टाक कर रही है जिससे देसी घी कम बन रहा है। वहीं स्टॉकिस्टों की पकड़ मजबूत होने से फरवरी के दूसरे पखवाड़े में 150 रुपए फिर बढ़ाकर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 9200/9525 रुपए प्रति टीन कंपनियों ने कर दिए। बाजारों में भी इसी अनुपात में बढ़त लिए व्यापार हुआ। आगे ग्राहकी को देखते हुए और तेजी लग रही है। यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घट गई है, जिस कारण फैट भी अब कंपनियों में घटने लगा है। कंपनियों की अपेक्षा अंडर रेट में माल बाजार में बिक रहे हैं। हम मानते हैं कि मिलावटी देसी घी धड़ले से बिक रहा है, लेकिन लिक्विड दूध के भाव ऊंचे होने से बाजार में धीरे-धीरे तेजी ही आएगी। यूपी हरियाणा के प्लांटों में फैट का स्टॉक 6-7 प्रतिशत घट गया है। आगे होली के साथ-साथ शादियों के खपत को देखते हुए और तेजी लग रही है।
