New Delhi, 13 April (NNS): The companies are purchasing the stock of best quality milk powder at Rs 54/55 per litre due to the weak supply of liquid milk. The production of liquid milk reported to be around 26.5 crore tonnes due to the favourable weather conditions which is higher by 2.5/3 crore tonnes as compared to the previous year. The production of milk powder seems high in most of the plants during theast some days. The extra consumption of Vaishakhk and weddings showed uptrend in the current week and the consumption of milk powder may increase. However, there is a lack of export support and war between Iran and Israel. Apart from this, the milk powder is being traded between Rs 295/308 per kg on seeing the domestic consumption and the prices may increase by Rs 10 per kg even if the prices may gain during the second fortnight. The consumption may increase due to the increment in the temperature. Therefore, it is profitable to store the stock at the current level

दूध पाउडर-बढ़ने की उम्मीद

नई दिल्ली, 13 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटने से बढ़िया दूध 54/55 रुपए प्रति लीटर में कंपनियों में खरीद हो रही है। मौसम अनुकूल होने से लिक्विड दूध का उत्पादन इस बार 26.5 करोड़ टन होने का अनुमान आ रहा है जो गत वर्ष की अपेक्षा ढाई-तीन करोड़ टन अधिक है। अधिकतर प्लांटों में दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन पिछले दिनों बढ़ गया था। चालू सप्ताह में लिक्विड दूध की अतिरिक्त खपत वैशाखी एवं शादियों की बढ़ गई है, आगे दूध पाउडर की खपत और बढ़ने वाली है। हालांकि ईरान इजरायल युद्ध से निर्यात हेतु सपोर्ट पूरी तरह नहीं मिल पा रहा है, तथापि घरेलू खपत को देखते हुए जो दूध पाउडर 295/308 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच बिक रहे हैं, इसमें एक बार 10 रुपए बढ़ने की संभावना है, भले ही कुछ दिन ठहराव के बाद दूसरे पखवाड़े में बढ़ जाए। आगे चलकर गर्मी बढ़ने पर खपत और बढ़ने वाली है। अत: हाथ में माल रहना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: adulterated stockay catch by GC testing

New Delhi, 13 April (NNS): The proves of premium and sample pass stock of desi ghee gained by Rs 150 to Rs 9200/9450 and Rs 8000 per quintal respectively due to downfall in the productoon of North India and higher wholesale prices during the previous week. This time, the pricws of liquid milk strengthened at Rs 54/55 per litre. The supply of liquid milk repeoted to be around 2.15 croroe little due to the unfavourable weather conditions. The availability of liquid milk seems high as compared to the previous year and the wedding consumption will remain constant in the current month, but the best manufacturer companies are facing a lot of problems to the ongoing wedding consumption in the current month. The adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out rapidly for the consumption of prasad in temples and cemeteries, due to this reason, the prices remained stable at the same level. If the government actually wants to stop the adulteration in desi ghee, then it will only stop by GC testing.

देसी घी-मिलावट जीसी टेस्टिंग से ही पकड़ाएगा

नई दिल्ली, 13 अप्रैल (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह देसी घी के भाव थोक में बिक्री बढ़ने एवं उत्पादन उत्तर भारत के प्लांट में घट जाने से 10 रुपए प्रति किलो यानी 150 रुपए प्रति टीन बढ़कर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 9200/9450 रुपए तथा सैंपल पास 8000 रुपए हो गए हैं। लिक्विड दूध के भाव इस समय 54/55 रुपए प्रति लीटर पर मजबूती लिए ठहरे हुए हैं। मौसम अनुकूल होने से लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति पौने दो सवा करोड़ लीटर दैनिक हो रही है। पिछले साल की अपेक्षा लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि अधिक है, चालू महीने में शादियों की काफी खपत रहने वाली है, लेकिन मिलावटी देसी घी मंदे भाव में बिकने से बढ़िया निर्माताओं को परेशानी झेलनी पड़ रही है। यह मिलावटी देसी घी मंदिरों में चढ़ने वाले प्रसाद एवं श्मशान घाटों पर खपत हेतु धड़ल्ले से मुंह मांगे भाव पर बिक रहे हैं, जिस कारण तेजी ठहर कर आएगी। सरकार सचमुच मिलावटी देसी घी को रोकना चाहती है, तो जीसी टेस्टिंग करके रोका जा सकता है।
