New Delhi, 24 March (NNS): The supply of butter showed downfall during the previous week, due to this, the companies are quoting its prices at the higher level because less amount of stock has been selling out in the storage as the export of water reported to be high, due to which, the cooperatives are not selling the stock of desi ghee at the lower level. The stock of liquid milk has not been available as per the capacity in the plants, due to which, there is a competitive buying in liquid milk. Here, the stock has been exporting constantly for the gulf countries and the loading of the stock seems constant. Apart from this, the premium quality butter is being traded at Rs 400/410 per kg excluding GST by the companies, due to this reason, the premium quality desi ghee price is also held firm at Rs 8300/8500 per quintal.

देसी घी-निकट मे मंदी नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 24 मार्च (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह बटर की आपूर्ति घटने से कंपनियां ऊंचे भाव बढ़ाकर बोलने लगी है, क्योंकि बटर का निर्यात अच्छा होने से स्टॉक में ज्यादा माल नहीं जा रहा है, जिससे कोआपरेटिव्स भी घटाकर देसी घी में बिकवाल नहीं हैं। प्लांटों को क्षमता के अनुरूप लिक्विड दूध नहीं मिल रहा है,  जिससे लिक्विड दूध में प्रतिस्पर्धा चल रही है। इधर खाड़ी के देशों के लिए निर्यात व्यापार हुआ है, उसकी लोडिंग चल रही है तथा प्रीमियम क्वालिटी की कंपनियां 400/410 रुपए प्रति किलो जीएसटी अतिरिक्त से नीचे बटर नहीं बेच रही हैं। यही कारण है कि देसी घी 8300/8500 रुपए प्रति टीन प्रीमियम क्वालिटी पर टिके हुए हैं।

Milk powder: possibility to increase

New Delhi, 24 March (NNS): The internal prices of milk powder remained stable at the strong level because of the competitive buying of liquid milk during the previous week. The companies are purchasing the stock of liquid milk after increasing the prices by Re 1 per litre for the manufacturing of milk powder. Presently, the milk powder of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu has been available at Rs 235/245 per kg. The milk powder of North India may show increment during the current week because of the constant wedding from April. Now, liquid milk has been available at Rs 54/56 per kg, in these circumstances, the prices will remain high at Rs 285/295 per kilo kilogram on seeing the consumption of milk powder.

दूध पाउडर-बढ़ने की संभावना

नई दिल्ली, 24 मार्च (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह लिक्विड दूध की प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक खरीद चलने से दूध पाउडर के भाव अंदरुनी मजबूती लिए टिके हुए हैं, कंपनियों को दूध पाउडर बनाने में एक रुपया प्रति लीटर बढ़ाकर लिक्विड दूध खरीदनी पड़ रही है। इस समय महाराष्ट्र तमिलनाडु के दूध पाउडर यहां आकर 235/245 रुपए प्रति किलो पड़ रहे है। उत्तर भारत में दूध पाउडर के भाव चालू सप्ताह में बढ़ सकते हैं, क्योंकि अप्रैल से फिर लगातार शादियां चलेंगी। इस समय लिक्विड दूध 54-56 रुपए प्रति लीटर से कम नहीं मिल रहा है। इन परिस्थितियों में दूध पाउडर की खपत को देखते हुए 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो पर कुछ दिन तेज लग रहा है।
