New Delhi, 15 May (NNS): Today, there were around 70 lakh litres of raw milk reported to be supply in the plants of North India, from which almost 550/560 metric tonnes of milk powder has been produced on daily basis. Here, the consumption of the stock increased by 19 percent due to the weddings and increment in the temperature. The food processing manufacturing companies have increased the prices of milk powder by Rs 10 to Rs 325/335 per kg and selling it to the plants of North India because of the increment in the consumption during the end of the previous month. It is being traded at Rs 335 per kg in the current week. Here, milk powder is being traded between Rs 280/295 per kg from the plants of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, on seeing this, the market may show uptrend during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-प्लांटों में उत्पादन नाम मात्र

नई दिल्ली, 15 मई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की कुल आपूर्ति आज 70 लाख लीटर हुई, जिसमें दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन काफी घटकर 550-560 मीट्रिक टन दैनिक रह गया है। इधर गर्मी बढ़ने एवं शादियों के चलते से 19 प्रतिशत अतिरिक्त खपत बढ़ गई है। पिछले महीने के अंत में भी खपत बढ़ने से निर्माता खाद्य पदार्थ प्रोसेसिंग कंपनियों को 10 रुपये बढ़ा कर 325/335 रुपए प्रति किलो उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों को माल बेच दिया। चालू सप्ताह में 335 रुपए तक ऊपर में व्यापार हो रहा है। इधर महाराष्ट्र एवं तमिलनाडु के प्लांटों से 280/295 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच प्रोटीन के हिसाब से दूध पाउडर का व्यापार हुआ, इसे देखते हुए यह और बढ़ जाएगा।

Desi ghee: all-round shortage of butter stock

New Delhi, 15 May (NNS): The delivery of export deals of butter reported to be constant and new deals have been done at the higher level as compared to the previous week, due to this reason, the prices of desi ghee may increase by Rs 10 per kg due to the shortage of the stock in the plants. Presently, the premium quality desi ghee also being quoted at Rs 565/575 per kg. Apart from this, the inferior quality sample sock also ruling at Rs 490/500 per kg. In big tins, both the inferior and the superior quality stock is being traded at Rs 7000/7700 and Rs 8950/9150 per 15 kg respectively. Here, the prices of butter have been ruling at Rs 465/475 per kg excluding GST, due to this, it is profitable to purchase the stock at the current level.

देसी घी- बटर की चौतरफा कमी

नई दिल्ली, 15 मई (एनएनएस) बटर में पहले के निर्यात सौदे की डिलीवरी लगातार चल रही है तथा नए सौदे पिछले सप्ताह की तुलना में ज्यादा हुए हैं, जिस कारण प्लांटों में स्टॉक घटने से 10 रुपए प्रति किलो जल्दी देसी घी के भाव भविष्य में बढ़ सकते हैं। फिलहाल प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 565/575 रुपए उपभोक्ता पैक में बोल रहे हैं। नीचे वाले सेंपल पास माल भी 490/500 रुपये तक बोलने लगे हैं। बड़े टीनों में नीचे वाले माल 7000/7700 रुपए एवं प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के भाव 8950/9150 रुपए प्रति 15 किलो बिक रहे हैं। बटर के भाव यहां 465/475 रुपए प्रति किलो जीएसटी अतिरिक्त चल गए, इसलिए इन बढ़े भावों में भी माल खरीदना चाहिए।
