New Delhi, 25 March (NNS): The cow milk powder of South India has been selling out at the sluggish level in the markets of North India. On the other hand, the supply of liquid milk seems sluggish in the plants because of the increment in the temperature from the last one week, in these circumstances, the stock of milk powder which was being sold at Rs 285/295 per kilogram, its prices may increase after sometime. The prices of milk powder of South India have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets, due to which, the export seems constant from here. The weddings will likely to start from the next month, due to which, the market may show improvement from the next week.

दूध पाउडर-चालू माह में तेजी नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 25 मार्च (एनएनएस) दक्षिण भारत का कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर सस्ता उत्तर भारत में आकर बिक रहा है। दूसरी ओर चालू सप्ताह के अंतराल मौसम का तापमान बढ़ने से लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति प्लांटों में घट है, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो का जो दूध पाउडर बिक रहा है, उसमें अभी ठहरकर तेजी लग रही है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर के पड़ते लग रहे हैं, जिससे वहीं से निर्यात हो रहा है। वहीं अगले महीने से शादियां शुरू हो जाएगी, जिससे अगले सप्ताह से बाजार सुधरने लगेगा।

Desi ghee: uptrend after sometime due to the adulterated stock

New Delhi, 25 March (NNS): The adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out constantly in the markets of Gujarat and the traders of Rajasthan have also actively been adulterating their stock continuously, due to this reason, there is a lack of butter stock in the plants of north India, despite this, the prices of desi ghee slipped by Rs 20 per kg and traders will not purchase the stock in these prices, on seeing this, the prices may downfall during the current month. Here, the premium quality desi ghee remained stable at Rs 8300/8500 per quintal, whereas the price of adulterated desi ghee seems unstable. The traders of adulterated desi ghee have been selling their stock at every price as per the demand of the consumers.

देसी घी-मिलावटी माल से ठहरकर तेजी

नई दिल्ली, 25 मार्च (एनएनएस) गुजरात में मिलावटी देसी घी धड़ल्ले से बिकने लगा है तथा राजस्थान वाले भी मिलावट करने में सक्रिय हो गए हैं। यही कारण है कि उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में बटर का स्टाक कम होने के बावजूद भी देसी घी में पिछले एक माह के अंतराल 20 रुपए प्रति किलो की गिरावट आ गई है तथा इन भाव में भी दूर-दूर तक लिवाली नहीं है, इसे देखते हुए चालू महीना मंदे का ही लग रहा है। यहां 8300/8500 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी बिक रहे हैं, जबकि मिलावटी देसी घी का कोई भाव नहीं है। जिस रेंज का ग्राहक थोक में मांग रहा है, उस रेंज का बनाकर सप्लाई दे देते हैं।
