New Delhi, 17 March (NNS): The supply of raw milk reduced from 1.5 crore litres to 1.4 crore litres in North India because both the rural and the urban demand of milk seems high from the consumers amid Ramadan. The companies are purchasing the stock at Rs 61/62 for the running of plants. Therefore, the prices of milk powder may increase after some time. Presently, the prices of milk powder may not decrease from Rs 308/318 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-कुछ दिन तेजी नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 17 मार्च (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति 1.5 से घटकर आज 1.4 करोड़ लीटर के करीब हो गई है, क्योंकि रमजान के चलते दूध में उपभोक्ताओं की मांग ग्रामीण व शहरी क्षेत्रों में बढ़ गई है। कंपनियों को पाउडर प्लांट चलाने के लिए 61/62 रुपए तक खरीद करना पड़ रहा है। अत: दूध पाउडर में थोड़ा ठहराव के बाद फिर तेजी आ जाएगी। वर्तमान भाव 305/318 रुपए में घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है।

Desi ghee: prices may increase after some time

New Delhi, 17 March (NNS): We believe that the consumption of desi ghee has been started increasing because its demand reported to be high during navratri and ram navami in the eastern and the northern parts of the country and the wedding will start in the next month, but the stock has been delivered at the higher level. Now, the production has been decreasing in the plants as compared to before and the production cost also seems high. The manufacturer companies are not selling the stock at the lower level. Currently,  the companies are quoting the prices at Rs 9200/9425 per quintal, but the stock has been selling at an under rate because the adulterated stock has been selling out in the markets of rural areas. In these circumstances, the prices of desi ghee may not show more downfall during the near future.

देसी घी-थोड़ा ठहर कर तेजी

नई दिल्ली, 17 मार्च (एनएनएस) हम मानते हैं कि देसी घी की खपत आगे और बढ़ने वाली है, क्योंकि नवरात्रि एवं श्री रामनवमी की खबर उत्तर एवं पूर्वी भारत में जबरदस्त रहती है है तथा अगले माह में जबरदस्त शादियां रहेंगी, लेकिन पिछले महीने की आई तेजी में माल की डिलीवरी हो चुकी है। अब उत्पादन प्लांटों में पहले की अपेक्षा घटने लगा है, वहीं लागत बढ़ गई है। निर्माता कंपनियां बिकवाल घटाकर नहीं आ रही हैं। वर्तमान में कंपनियां 9200/9425 रुपए प्रति टीन बोल रही है, लेकिन बाजार में अंडर रेट माल बिक रहा है, क्योंकि मिलावटी माल अभी ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों की मंडियों में ज्यादा बिक रहे हैं। इन सारी परिस्थितियों में देसी घी बढ़िया माल में मंदा नहीं लग रहा है।
