New Delhi, 05 August (NNS): The cow milk powder of Maharashtra has been selling out at the sluggish level during the last some months. Whereas, the sellers are not selling the stock at the lower level, despite all this, the stock of lower level has been arriving here as compared to the North India, due to this, the selling of milk powder stock reported to be feeble. Here, the companies have increased the prices of premium quality milk powder to Rs 285/295 per kg. Now, the wholesale sale of  Raksha bandhan seems weak and the further demand will likely to be over after two to four days. The prices of liquid milk eased by Rs 2 to Rs 50/51 per litre during the last two weeks. However, the new stock of liquid milk has been selling out in the poly pack. Therefore, the market may show downfall after the stability in the prices of milk powder.

दूध पाउडर-महाराष्ट्र के माल से तेजी नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 5 अगस्त (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर पिछले कई महीनों से महाराष्ट्र में गाय का दूध पाउडर सस्ता बिक रहा है। यद्यपि वहां भी अब घटाकर बिकवाल नहीं है, इसके बावजूद भी उतरभारत से काफी सस्ता यहां पहुंच में आने से यहां के दूध पाउडर बिकने कम हो गए हैं। यहां की कंपनियों ने 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के पूर्व के बढ़े भाव पर व्यापार किये। अभी रक्षाबंधन की थोक बिक्री काफी कम रह गई है, अगले दो-चार दिन बाद अतिरिक्त मांग और समाप्त हो जाएगी। लिक्विड दूध के भाव पिछले सप्ताह 2 रुपए घटकर 50/51 रुपए प्रति लीटर रह गये हैं। हालांकि अभी जो लिक्विड दूध आ रहा है, वह सारा पॉली पैक में जा रहा है। अत: कुछ दिन दूध पाउडर का बाजार स्थिरता के बाद घटने लगेगा।

Desi ghee: will likely to remain stable

New Delhi, 05 August (NNS): Presently, adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling out rapidly in the markets, due to this reason, the market remained stable at the same level after the uptrend of Rs 150 per quintal before two months, but liquid milk slipped by Rs 50/51 per litre, despite all this, the powder plants are not running at the current level. Most of the stock has been selling out in the poly pack. Its demand may increase during the coming fortnight and there is no possibility of more uptrend in the prices and then it will likely to remain firm at the same level. Here, premium quality desi ghee held firm at Rs 7800/8250 per quintal. Butter prices also ruling at the higher level of Rs 395/410 per kg.

देसी घी-अभी ठहराव कायम रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 5 अगस्त (एनएनएस) यद्यपि मिलावटी देसी घी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहा है, जिस कारण दो माह पूर्व बाजार 150 रुपए प्रति टीन बढ़ने के बाद ठहरा हुआ है, लेकिन लिक्विड दूध के भाव 50/51 रु प्रति लीटर पर घटने के बावजूद भी अभी पाउडर प्लांट नहीं चल रहे हैं, अधिकतर पॉली पैक में जा रहा है। अगले 15 दिन बाद ही छिटपुट चलने लगेंगे। और बढ़ने की गुंजाइश नहीं है, भले ही कुछ दिन यहां बाजार टिका रहेगा। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 7800/8250 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए। मक्खन के भाव 395/410 रुपए की ऊंचाई पर जा पहुंच गए हैं।
