New Delhi, 18 September (NNS): The Gujarat cooperatives have reduced the prices of milk powder by Rs 15 per kg. The prices of liquid milk fell down to Rs 50/52 per kg owing to the increased supply in North India, due to which, milk powder prices remained stable at Rs 285/295 per kg. Presently, the stock of milk powder is being sell as per the consumption and there is a shortage of the stock of North India due to the arrivals of milk powder from South at the lower level. Here, the medium stock of August contract remained soft at $2760/2770 per tonne, due to this reason; the export seems high as compared to the previous year. Therefore, the prices of milk powder remained stable at the same level, but the prices may show more uptrend. The new season will likely to start after a month.

दूध पाउडर-तेजी का व्यापार नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 18 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) गुजरात कोऑपरेटिव ने 15 रुपए प्रति किलो कल दूध पाउडर के भाव घटा दिए। उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ने से लिक्विड दूध के भाव 50/52 रुपए प्रति लीटर पर नीचे आ गए हैं, जिसके चलते दूध पाउडर भी 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो पर नरमी लिए टिके हुए हैं। वर्तमान भाव के दूध पाउडर में केवल खपत के अनुरूप ही बिक्री रह गई है, साउथ के दूध पाउडर सस्ते आने से उत्तरभारत का स्टॉक ज्यादा नहीं घट रहा है। इधर अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में भी अगस्त कॉन्ट्रैक्ट के मीडियम माल 2760-2770 डॉलर प्रति टन दूध पाउडर के भाव पर नरम चल रहे हैं। इस वजह से निर्यात पहले की अपेक्षा बढ़ गया है। अत: वर्तमान भाव के दूध पाउडर में अभी कुछ दिन ठहराव लग रहा है, लेकिन अब तेजी मन से निकाल देनी चाहिए। नया सीजन फुल फ्लैश होने में अभी एक महीने का समय लगेगा।

Desi ghee: rapid selling of adulterated stock

New Delhi, 18 September (NNS): The full-fledged plants of North India will likely to arrive after one months, but the adulterated stock has been selling out constantly at the lower level in the godown reach, due to this, the trade of best quality desi ghee seems weak. The supply of liquid milk seems high, despite all this, the companies are producing less amount of stock. Almost 75/76 percent of the liquid milk has been selling out in the poly pack because the chilling plants are processing the stock for the demand of the consumers. There is a lack of butter stock in the plants and also a lack of desi ghee, due to which, the market remained stable at the same elvel in the markets. The poly packers should have to purchase the stock of liquid milk for its supply, due to this reason, both the companies are producing are less amount of butter and desi ghee. The premium quality desi ghee also ruling at Rs 7700/8100 per tin in the GST pad.

देसी घी-मिलावटी माल की बिक्री धड़ल्ले से

नई दिल्ली, 18 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांट अभी फुल फ्लैश चलने में एक महीने का समय लगेगा, लेकिन  मिलावटी माल नामी गिरामी ब्रांडों के मंदे भाव में गोदाम पहुंच में धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, जिससे बढ़िया देसी घी का व्यापार घट गया है। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ने के बावजूद भी कंपनियां अभी ज्यादा उत्पादन नहीं कर रही हैं, आपसे 75-76 प्रतिशत लिक्विड दूध पॉलीपैक में जा रहा है, क्योंकि उपभोक्ताओं की मांग हेतु चिलिंग प्लांट ही प्रोसेसिंग कर रहे हैं। बटर का स्टॉक प्लांटों में नहीं है तथा घी भी स्टाक में कम है, जिससे बाजार में मंदा अभी कुछ दिन ठहर कर आएगा। लिक्विड दूध में पोली पैकर्स को अभी सप्लाई के लिए खरीदना जरूरी है। यही कारण है कि कंपनियों में देसी घी एवं बटर का अभी भी उत्पादन कम कर रही हैं। प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 7700/8100 रुपए प्रति टीन जीएसटी पेड रह गए हैं।
