New Delhi, 05 November (NNS): The tender stock of milk powder showed downfall as comparatively in the cooperatives of Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Rajasthan and MP. On the other hand, the upcountry sale of milk powder has already been over, due to this reason, the companies have decreased the prices of milk powder by Re 1 to Rs 57/59 per litre during the previous days. In this situation, there is a shortage of stored stock of milk powder. However, the stock reported to be high as compared to the previous year and the procurement of milk powder may increase. Here, the prices of premium quality milk powder also selling at Rs 295/305 per kg. Here, both the cooperatives of Gujarat and other federations are also selling the stock at the current level. Apart from this, the prices of milk powder reported to be sluggish in the international markets.

दूध पाउडर-अभी स्टॉक का समय नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 5 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर तमिलनाडु गुजरात राजस्थान एवं मध्य प्रदेश कोऑपरेटिव में टेंडर पहले की अपेक्षा नीचे आ गए हैं। वहीं चालानी बिक्री दूध पाउडर की समाप्त हो गई है, जिस कारण कंपनियों ने पिछले दिनों एक रुपए और घटाकर लिक्विड दूध को बढ़ाकर 57/59 रुपए प्रति लीटर खरीद मूल्य कर दिए हैं। इस स्थिति में अभी दूध पाउडर के स्टॉक का समय नहीं है। हालांकि इस बार,  गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में स्टाक अधिक नहीं है, स्टाकिस्टों की काक् दृष्टि दूध पाउडर की खरीद की तरफ पड़ने लगी है, जो अभी जल्दी बड़ी होगी। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर 295/305 रुपए प्रति किलो बिक रहे हैं। इधर गुजरात कोऑपरेटिव्स और अन्य फेडरेशन भी बेचू आने लगे हैं। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में भी आज भाव सुस्ती में आ गए हैं।

Desi ghee: no logic of more uptrend

New Delhi, 05 November (NNS): There is a lack of desi ghee reported to be sluggish in the plants, but also a shortage of butter stock in all the plants, due to this, there is a lack of desi ghee stock.  Presently, the extra consumption has already been over, but the manufacturing companies are doing competitive buying of liquid milk, due to this reason, the prices may decrease after some time, but there is no logic of uptrend in the prices during the near future. We believe that the adulterants are fulfilling the demand of the consumers because they want the prices at the sluggish rates. Therefore, the traders should discard the notion of a market slowdown from their mind. Presently, the premium quality desi ghee also ruling at Rs 9700/10000 per tin as per the quality in the markets of Delhi NCR.

देसी घी-अभी तेजी का कोई लॉजिक नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 5 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) प्लांटों में फैट्स का प्रेशर अभी कम है, लेकिन किसी भी प्लांट में बटर का भी स्टाक नहीं है, इसलिए  देसी घी का स्टॉक नहीं है। वर्तमान में अतिरिक्त खपत पूरी हो गई है, लेकिन अभी लिक्विड दूध में निर्माता कंपनियों को खरीदने में प्रतिस्पर्धा करनी पड़ रही है, जिस कारण कुछ दिन मंदा ठहर कर आएगा, लेकिन तेजी का कोई लॉजिक निकट में दिखाई नहीं दे रहा है। हम मानते हैं कि इस खपत की पूर्ति मिलावटी वाले भी करेंगे, क्योंकि वहां विक्रेताओं को सस्ता भी चाहिए। अत: अभी मंदे की धारणा कारोबारियों के दिमाग से निकाल देनी चाहिए। वर्तमान में देसी घी के भाव दिल्ली एनसीआर की मंडियों में प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का 9700/10000 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच क्वालिटी के अनुसार बिक रहे हैं।
