New Delhi, 15 September (NNS): Milk powder demand is favourable in both the domestic and export markets. There is currently no pressure on prices from any plant. Liquid milk availability is also not increasing this time. With festivals continuing through the Ashwin month after Bhadrapada, demand for milk powder is expected to remain strong. Milk powder from Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu is also moving for port delivery. In North India, the stock of cooperatives is also not available at cheaper prices. Considering these factors, milk powder can continue to be traded at the current rates.

दूध पाउडर-व्यापार में कोई रिस्क नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 15 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) घरेलू एवं निर्यात दोनों ही मांग अनुकूल चलने से दूध पाउडर का प्रेशर किसी भी प्लांट में नहीं है। दूसरी ओर लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि इस बार बढ़ नहीं रही है तथा भाद्रपद के बाद अश्विन के महीने में भी सारे त्यौहार आ रहे हैं, इसलिए दूध पाउडर की खपत अभी रहेगी। दूसरी ओर पोर्ट डिलीवरी में महाराष्ट्र तथा तमिलनाडु के दूध पाउडर जा रहे हैं। इधर उत्तर भारत में भी कोआपरेटिव के माल सस्ते नहीं मिल रहे हैं, इन सारी परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए दूध पाउडर का व्यापार करते रहना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: shortage of fats in the plants

New Delhi, 15 September (NNS): The prices of butter in the International markets have been ruling at the higher level, due to this, the Indian exports are continuing, although shipments are irregular. Imports from other countries are also not economically viable. In North India, liquid milk availability remains below normal due to the impact of El Niño, due to this reason, the supply of fat reported to be tight. The prices of Premium-quality desi ghee is currently trading at around Rs 9700/9900 per tin. Even sample-approved material is not being available below Rs 8000. Considering the demand outlook, desi ghee may see another rise of around Rs 10 per kg.

देसी घी-प्लांटों में फैट की कमी

नई दिल्ली, 15 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाजारों में बटर के ऊंचे भाव होने से हमारा निर्यात रुक रुक कर लगातार हो रहा है। दूसरी ओर किसी भी अन्य देशों से आयात पड़ता नहीं लग रहा है। इधर उत्तर भारत में अल नीनो के प्रभाव से लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि जितनी होनी चाहिए, उतनी नहीं हो पा रही है। यही कारण है कि देसी घी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का 9700/9900 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच चल रहे हैं। सैंपल पास माल भी 8000 रुपए से कम में कोई बेचू नहीं आ रहा है। आगे खपत को देखते हुए देसी घी में 10 रुपए प्रति किलो की और तेजी के आसार और दिखाई दे रहे हैं।
