New Delhi, 26 May (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reduced by 5 lakh litres to 65/70 lakh litres on daily basis in North India during the last two days, due to this reason, today also, the prices of milk powder of the companies remained stable at the higher level of the previous fortnight. The companies are quoting the prices of milk powder at the strong level. The reality is that the consumption of milk powder showed uptrend from the last 10 days. The milk powder of South India is being available at the higher level. In these circumstances, the prices of milk powder may show uptrend at the current level. The premium quality milk powder also ruling between Rs 315/328 per kg and it is profitable to trade at the current level.

दूध पाउडर-व्यापार में जोखिम नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 26 मई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में दो दिनों से लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति 5 लाख लीटर घटकर 65-70 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई है, जिस कारण कंपनियां दूध पाउडर के भाव आज भी पिछले पखवाड़े के बढ़े भाव पर टिके रहे। कंपनियों में अंदरुनी दूध पाउडर के भाव कुछ मजबूत हो गए हैं। वास्तविकता यह है कि 10 दिनों से दूध पाउडर की खपत गर्मियों में बढ़ गई है। दक्षिण भारत का दूध पाउडर कुछ महंगे मिल रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के दूध पाउडर में अब तेजी की संभावना बन गई है। जो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का दूध पाउडर 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच बिक रहा है, इन भावों में खुलकर व्यापार करना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: uptrend amid shortage of the stock

New Delhi, 26 May (NNS): Today, the supply of liquid milk reported to be around 65/70 lakh litres in the plants of UP, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan. The purchase prices of companies gained by Re 1 per litre in the current week, on seeing this, both the small and the big companies are quoting the prices of desi ghee at the higher level. The companies are doing competitive buying of liquid milk due to the improvement in the sale of dairy products, due to this reason, it is purchased upto Rs 61/62 and incentives have also had to be given in some areas, on seeing this, the companies are not selling the further deals at the lower level on seeing the production cost. Here, the prices of premium quality desi ghee have been ruling at Rs 9650/9750 per tin, whereas, the inferior quality stock also quoting at Rs 8200/8300 per quintal. Now, desi ghee is being traded at an under rate of Rs 50/100 per tin. Therefore, the buying of desi ghee is being purchased at the current level.

देसी घी-शॉर्टेज में तेजी की उम्मीद

नई दिल्ली, 26 मई (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान के प्लांटों में 65-70 लाख लीटर आज लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति रही, कंपनियों के परचेज भाव चालू सप्ताह में एक रुपए लीटर और बढ़ गए हैं, इसे देखकर छोटी बड़ी कंपनियां अब देसी घी के भाव बढ़ाकर बोलने लगी हैं। डेयरी प्रोडक्ट की बिक्री में सुधार से लिक्विड दूध की खरीद में कंपनियों को प्रतिस्पर्धा करनी पड़ रही है, जिस कारण 61/62 रुपए तक खरीद करना पड़ा है, इंसेंटिव भी कुछ क्षेत्रों में देना पड़ा है, जिस कारण उत्पादन लागत को देखकर कंपनियां आगे के सौदे घटाकर नहीं बेच रही है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी के भाव 9650/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए हैं, जबकि हल्के माल कंपनियां 8200/8300 रुपए बोल रही है। अभी देशी घी, बाजार में 50/100 रुपए प्रति टीन अंडर रेट बिक रहा है। अत: इन भावों में देसी घी की खरीद लाभदायक रहेगी।150/200 रु प्रति टीन की शीघ्र और तेजी लग रही है।
