New Delhi, 20 May (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reduced to 70/75 lakh metric tonnes in North India. This year, the production of liquid has been started decreasing in milch cattle because of the fluctuations in weather conditions. On the other hand, the all-round demand of milk powder seems constant in the wedding season, due to this, the prices remained stable at the same level after the increment in the prices during the previous days. This time, the milk powder of south India is being traded at the higher level and the exporters started purchasing the stock in North India as per the quality, due to this reason, the prices of premium quality milk powder have been ruling at Rs 315/328 per kg and it is expected that the prices may increase by Rs 20 per kg during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-वर्तमान भाव में रिस्क बिल्कुल नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 20 मई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घट कर 70-75 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई है । इस बार मौसम का तापमान बढ़ने घटने से दुधारू पशुओं में लिक्विड दूध का उत्पादन घटता जा रहा है, सीजन भी ऑफ हो चुका है। दूसरी ओर शादियों की चौतरफा दूध पाउडर की मांग बनी हुई है, जिससे बाजार पिछले दिनों बढ़ने के बाद टिके हुए हैं। इस बार साउथ का दूध पाउडर काफी महंगा बिक रहा है तथा निर्यातक बढ़िया क्वालिटी उत्तर भारत में होने के चलते लिवाली में आ गए हैं। यही कारण है कि 315/328 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच क्वालिटी के अनुसार प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के भाव चल रहे हैं तथा थोड़ा ठहरकर 20 रुपए और बढ़ने के आसार दिखाई दे रहे हैं।

Desi ghee: both the shortage of stock and the sale

New Delhi, 20 May (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed downfall in the plants of UP, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and MP, due to this, the plants have to purchase the stock at the higher rates. Here, the all-round buying of wedding seems constant, due to this, the consumption of desi ghee and butter showed uptrend. The stock of butter has been exporting  constantly because most of the previous stock has been delivery and the new deals of April and May shipments have been done. Apart from this, the shipments of some exporters are also remaining for april, due to this, the prices of desi ghee went up to Rs 9550/9750 per tin due to the shortage of the stock. The prices of desi ghee rose by Rs 20/25 per kg during the last 20 days and these prices seems high because most of the companies have sold out their butter stock, in these circumstances, the prices of milk powder gained by Rs 100/150 per tin after some time.

देसी घी- स्टॉक व बिक्री दोनों कम

नई दिल्ली, 20 मई (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान मध्य प्रदेश में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटने से प्लांटों को महंगा खरीद करना पड़ रहा है। इधर शादियों की चौतरफा लिवाली चल रही है, जिससे देसी घी और बटर की खपत बढ़ गई है। बटर निर्यात में भी जा रहा है, क्योंकि पहले के हुए सौदे में अधिकतर माल जा चुके हैं, नए सौदे अप्रैल-मई शिपमेंट के हुए हैं, अप्रैल का भी अभी शिपमेंट कुछ निर्यातको के बाकी है, बताए जा रहे हैं, इसलिए माल की कमी में बाजार बढ़कर 9550/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए हैं। गत 20 दिन के 20-25 रुपए किलो की तेजी आ गई थी, अब इन भावों में भी निर्माता कंपनियों को पड़ता नहीं लग रहा है, क्योंकि बटर अधिकतर कंपनियों के बिके हुए हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में बाजार अभी थोड़ा ठहराव के बाद 100/150 रुपए चालू माह में और बढ़ जाएगा।
