New Delhi, 1 July (NNS): The prices of liquid milk remain stable at the lower level due to the decrement in the temperature during the last previous week. On the other hand, the milk powder has been available at the sluggish level from the South India, due to this reason, the prices have not showed more uptrend, but it is profitable to trade on seeing the wedding demand and consumption of Shravani festivals at the current level. The new stock will likely to arrive after two months due to this reason, there is no decrement in the roots during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर-अभी मंदे की गुंजाइश नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 1 जुलाई (एनएनएस) यद्यपि एक सप्ताह से मौसम का तापमान घटने से लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि में लगातार गिरावट ठहर गई है। उधर दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर अभी सस्ते मिल रहे हैं, जिस कारण तेजी तो मुश्किल लग रही है, लेकिन वर्तमान भाव में श्रावणी त्योहारों की खपत एवं शादियों की मांग को देखते हुए व्यापार करते रहना चाहिए। नया माल प्रेशर में आने में अभी कम से कम 2 महीने का समय और अधिक लगेगा, जिस कारण जड़ में मंदा नहीं है।

Desi ghee: shortage of spot stock

New Delhi, 1 July (NNS): The prices of the government is stable at the same level because of the sluggish sales during the previous week and the plants will likely to run after sometime. Apart from this, the prices may gain by Rs 10 per kg because of the shortage of stock and butter. The reality is that there is weak arrivals of stock in the plants and almost 95 percent of the plants are under maintenance. The stock of butter has been available at this sluggish level in the international market, and the Federation are not selling the stock at the week prices in the tender, in these circumstances, the prices have not showed more uptrend during the coming days.

देसी घी-अभी हाजिर माल की कमी

नई दिल्ली, 1 जुलाई (एनएनएस) यद्यपि गत सप्ताह बिक्री कमजोर होने से देसी घी के भाव टिके हुए हैं तथापि प्लांट चलने में विलंब होने एवं बटर तथा हाजिर माल की भारी कमी होने से 10 किलो की चालू महीने में तेजी की संभावना दिखाई दे रही है। वास्तविकता यह है कि किसी भी प्लांट के पास बटर का प्रेशर नहीं है तथा मार्च-अप्रैल में 95 प्रतिशत प्लांट मेंटिनेस में जा चुके हैं। अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाजारों में भी बटर सस्ता इस बार नहीं मिल रहा है, फेडरेशन भी सस्ता टेंडर में नहीं भेज रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में देसी घी में अभी और तेजी आ सकती है।
