New Delhi, 28 October (NNS): The demand of milk powder showed uptrend in the international markets, due to this, the exporters are constantly purchasing the stock at the current rates. On the other hand, the demand of milk powder seems constant during the Ashwin month, due to this reason; the prices remained stable at the same level. Whereas, the dry fruits manufacturers are purchasing the stock at the current level. On the other hand, the sale seems high in the Southern parts of the country during the last three days, due to this reason, the prices of premium quality milk powder remained at Rs 335/353 per kg. The cow milk powder of South India is being available at Rs 315/320 per kg in the Northern parts of the country.

दूध पाउडर-घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 28 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर में अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों की मांग बढ़ गई है, इसलिए वर्तमान के भाव में निर्यातक खुलकर लिवाल है। दूसरी ओर दूध पाउडर में आश्विन मास की मांग चल रही है, जिस कारण अभी ठहरकर तेज ही रहेगा। दूध पाउडर वर्तमान भाव में मावा निर्माता खरीद रहे हैं। दूसरी गत तीन दिनों से दक्षिण भारत में बिक्री बढ़ गई है। जिस कारण दूध पाउडर के भाव प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 335/353 रुपए प्रति किलो मजबूती लिए टिके हुए हैं। दक्षिण भारत का कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर उत्तर भारत की मंडियों में आकर 315/320 रुपए प्रति किलो आकर बिक रहा है।

Desi ghee: shortage of stock in the plants

New Delhi, 28 October (NNS): The trade of butter reported to be good for the international markets for the current month. Along with this, the domestic trade of des ghee seems good as compared to before. Here, the production showed downfall and its prices also ruling at the higher level, in these circumstances, the prices of both desi ghee and butter may not show more downfall. The butter stock went down by 22 percent in the plants of North India as compared to the same period of the previous year. The new deals have been started for the shipments. The prices of premium quality desi ghee have been ruling at Rs 10150/10350 per tin.

देसी घी-प्लांटों में स्टॉक की कमी

नई दिल्ली, 28 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) चालू माह में बटर का व्यापार विदेशों के लिए अच्छा हो रहा है। साथ ही साथ देशी घी का घरेलू व्यापार भी पहले की तुलना में अच्छा है। इधर उत्पादन पड़ते के अभाव में कम एवं महंगा हो गया है, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के देसी घी एवं बटर में घटने की संभावना नहीं है। उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में बटर का स्टॉक, गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में 22 प्रतिशत कम है। बटर के  नए शिपमेंट हेतु सौदे होने लगे हैं। देसी घी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 10150/10350 रुपए प्रति टीन पर  है।
