New Delhi, 12 January (NNS): The prices of premium quality desi ghee rose byR s 75 to Rs 8750/8925 per tin due to the incrment in local and upcountry demand. The inferior quality stock also ruling at Rs 7400/7800 per quintal. The prices remained stable at the same level; during the last fortnight. We beleive that the stock of butter has been increasing constantly in the plants because the production of desi ghee may increase, despite this, the prices of butter have been ruling at the higher level in the interantional market, due to this, the demand from the exporters showed increment. Therefore, the market may increase during the near future.

देसी घी-कुछ दिन ठहर कर फिर बढ़ेगा

नई दिल्ली, 12 जनवरी (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह लोकल एवं चालानी मांग स्टॉकिस्टों की देसी घी में चलने से 75 रुपए प्रति टीन और बढ़कर देसी घी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 8750/8925 प्रति टीन हो गए। नीचे वाले माल भी 7400/7800 रुपए तक बोलने लगे। पिछले एक पखवाड़े में आई तेजी के बाद कुछ दिन ठहराव लग रहा है। मानते हैं कि प्लांटों में बटर का स्टॉक काफी बढ़ने लगा है, क्योंकि नया उत्पादन में तेजी से वृद्धि होने लगी है, इन सब के बावजूद अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार में बटर के ऊंचे भाव होने से निर्यातको की भी मांग बढ़ गई है। अत: बाजार तेज ही रहेगा।

Milk powder: no possibility to decrease

New Delhi, 12 January (NNS): The prodution of milk powder gained by 52 percent during the last one month in North India because the supply of raw milk showed uptrend in the plants, due to this reason, the prices of premium quality stock also ruling between Rs 275/285 per kg. Both the domestic and export demand reported to be high at the lower level, due to this, the prices showed constant uptrned. During the review week, its prices improved by Rs 5 to Rs 295/308 per kg as per the quuality. The prices showed uptrend in the international markets, on seeing this, there is no possibility of more uptrend in the prices. The infeior qualtiy stock also ruling at Rs 220/230 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-अब की गुंजाइश नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 12 जनवरी (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में दूध पाउडर के उत्पादन में पिछले एक महीने के अंतराल 52 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हुई है, क्योंकि प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति जबरदस्त इजाफा हुआ है, जिस कारण इसके भाव 275-285 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच प्रीमियम क्वालिटी अनुसार रह गए थे। नीचे वाले भाव पर घरेलू व निर्यात मांग जोरों पर चल रही है, जिससे लगातार धीरे-धीरे तेजी का रूख बना हुआ है। गत सप्ताह भी 5 रुपए प्रति किलो की बढ़त पर 295/308 रुपए प्रति किलो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर हो गए। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में भी कुछ मजबूती रही, इसे देखते हुए अब घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है। हल्की क्वालिटी के माल 220/230 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच बिक रहे हैं।
