New Delhi, 16 December (NNS): The cow milk powder of south India has been ruling at the higher level, due to this reason, which differentiated of about 60/70 per kg as comparatively, now, it reduced to Rs 15/20 per kg. However, the supply of liquid milk showed uptrend after October and November. On the other hand, the cooperatives of all the states are also quoting the prices at the sluggish rates. The leader companies of North India are selling the stock at Rs 275/285 per kg. now, they are quoting up by Rs 5 per kg. In November, its prices reduced by Rs 20 per kg and the delivery of the sold stock has already been over, but the arrivals of the stock from North India reported to be weak as compared to South India, on seeing this, the prices may not show downfall. In spot, the exporters are taking enquiry from the plants of North India, in these circumstances, the milk powder which was being traded at Rs 2875/285 per kg, now, it is profitable to purchase the stock at the current rates.

दूध पाउडर-और मंदे की गुंजाइश नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 16 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) दक्षिण भारत के काऊ दूध पाउडर इस बार ऊंचे चल रहे हैं, जिस कारण जो 60-70 रुपए प्रति किलो का उत्तर भारत के दूध पाउडर से अंतर होता था, वह सिमट कर 15/20 रुपए का रह गया है। हालांकि अक्टूबर-नवंबर के बाद लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ गई है। दूसरी ओर सभी राज्यों की कोआपरेटिव्स भी घटाकर बोलने लगे हैं। उत्तर भारत की लीडर कंपनियां भी 275/285 रुपए प्रति किलो तक दूध पाउडर नीचे में बेच गई हैं, अब 5 रुपए बढ़ाकर बोलने लगी हैं। नवंबर माह में 20 रुपए प्रति किलो की गिरावट आ गई थी तथा पहले के बिके हुए मालों की डिलीवरी पूरी हो गई है, लेकिन दक्षिण भारत से दूध पाउडर इस बार उत्तर भारत में कम आ रहा है, इसे देखते हुए और मंदा नहीं लग रहा है। हाजिर में निर्यातक उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों से पूछ परख करने लगे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव में जो दूध पाउडर 275/285 रुपए प्रति किलो का बिक रहा है, इसमें लिवाली करते रहनी चाहिए।

Desi ghee: prices may decrease by Rs 10 per kg

New Delhi, 16 December (NNS): The full fledged plants of North India has been stated running because the availability of liquid milk reported to be high  and the amount of fats improved in milk. The production of butter has been started increasing in all-round plants. On the other hand, the deals from exporters are not pending now. The prices of desi ghee reduced by Rs 10 which stood in consumer pack at Rs 490/500 and in big tins at Rs 8800/9000 per quintal. We believe that the adulterated stock has been selling at the lower level, due to this, the desi ghee manufacturers are facing a lot of problems, due to this reason, the sale of these stock does not seems profitable. The stored stock has been selling at the lower level as compared to the companies, due to  this, it is profitable to sell the stock at the current rates.

देसी घी-10 रुपए प्रति किलो और घटे

नई दिल्ली, 16 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने लगे हैं, क्योंकि लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि काफी बढ़ गई है तथा फैट की मात्रा भी दूध में बढ़ी है। बटर की चौतरफा प्लांटों में उत्पादन बढ़ने लगा है। ऊधर निर्यातकों के सौदे प्लांटों में पेंडिंग नहीं हैं। बीते सप्ताह 10 रुपए घटाकर उपभोक्ता पर 490/500 रुपए एवं बड़े टीनों में 8800/9000 रुपए कर दिए हैं। हम मानते हैं कि मिलावटी माल लगातार मंदे भाव में बिकने से असली देसी घी निर्माताओं को परेशानी हो रही है, जिस कारण उनके मालों की बिक्री में ज्यादा लाभ नहीं मिल पा रहा है। स्टाक के माल कंपनीयों के भाव से नीचे बिक रहे हैं, इसलिए इन भावों में माल बेचते रहना चाहिए।
