New Delhi, 17 September (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed uptrend in North India, despite this, the prices have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets and the prices of milk powder gained by Rs 10 per kg on seeing the consumption of dusshera. The market showed strong trend due to the higher consumption of ashwin month in the current month and the full fledged plants will likely to run after some time. Here, the consumption of pitrupaksh seems constant, in these circumstances; there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices. The cow milk powder companies are quoting the prices at the higher level due to the improved demand. Therefore, it is not profitable to be patient at the current level.

दूध पाउडर-वर्तमान में धैर्य से बेचिए

नई दिल्ली, 17 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ने के बावजूद अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में ऊंचे भाव होने तथा दशहरा की खपत को देखते हुए दूध पाउडर के भाव पिछले सप्ताह 10 रुपए प्रति किलो बढ़ गए थे। चालू सप्ताह में आश्विन माह की खपत बढ़ने से बाजार मजबूत बना हुआ है तथा प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने में अभी समय बाकी है, इधर  पितृपक्ष से ही खपत चल रही है, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए दूध पाउडर में घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है। महाराष्ट्र का कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी वहां की कंपनियां निर्यातकों की भी मांग सुधर जाने से  तेज बोल रही हैं। अत: अब माल धैर्य से बेचना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: all-round shortage of fats

New Delhi, 17 September (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed uptrend due to the constant rainfall and downfall in temperature in the North India, but the stock will not be produce in the plants. There were around 80/82 lakh litres of desi ghee reported to be supply in chilling plants, but almost 415/420 metric tonnes of desi ghee has been producing because most of the plants have been running and the stock of liquid milk has been consuming constantly. The stock of companies has been quoted down by Rs 100/150 per tin due to the constant selling of adulterated stock because the government should stop the adulterated stock of butter and desi ghee. This stock has been ruling at Rs 6000/6800 per tin, whereas, the stock of famous brands have been ruling at Rs 6800/7500 per quintal. The stock of best quality desi ghee also being traded at Rs 9800/10000 per quintal.

देसी घी-चौतरफा फैट की कमी

नई दिल्ली, 17 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) यद्यपि उत्तर भारत में तापमान गिरने एवं बरसात होने से लिक्विड आपूर्ति बढ़ गई है लेकिन अभी प्लांट में उत्पादन नहीं होगा।  चिलिंग प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति सुधर कर 80-82 लाख लीटर दैनिक हो गई है, लेकिन देसी घी का उत्पादन वहीं 415-420 मैट्रिक टन रह गया, क्योंकि प्लांट अतिरिक्त नहीं चल रहे हैं तथा लिक्विड दूध खपत में जा रहा है। मिलावटी माल बिकने से कंपनियों के माल 100/150 रुपए प्रति टीन नीचे बिक रहे हैं। इसका मुख्य कारण है कि नकली बटर एवं मिलावटी घी पर सरकार को अंकुश लगाना चाहिए। यह माल 6000/6800 रुपए प्रति टीन के पड़ते का बन रहा है, जबकि बाजार में आसानी से नामी गिरामी ब्रांडों के नाम से 6800/7500 रुपए में बिक रहा है। बढ़िया देसी घी के भाव 9800/10000 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच चल रहे हैं।
