New Delhi, 17 July (NNS): The supply of raw milk improved to lakh litres in North India, due to which, almost 96 percent of the stock has been selling out in the poly pack, due to this, nominal plants are producing the stock and its production cost also reported to be high, in these circumstances, there is no possibility of more downtrend in the prices despite the feeble sale and it is expected that the prices of premium quality milk powder remained stable at Rs 285/295 per kg. Its prices showed strong trend as compared to before in the international markets, due to which, huge amount of stock has been exported from Maharashtra.

दूध पाउडर-अब तेजी का समय समाप्त

नई दिल्ली, 17 जुलाई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति सुधरकर लाख लीटर दैनिक रही है, जिसमें 96 प्रतिशत लिक्विड दूध पॉली पैक में जा रहा है, इसलिए गिने चुने प्लांट ही दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन कर रहे हैं, वह भी लागत पड़ता महंगा लग रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में बिक्री कम होने के बावजूद भी मंदे की गुंजाइश नहीं है तथा कुछ दिन 285/295 रु प्रति किलो पर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के भाव टिके रहने की संभावना दिखाई दे रही है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में भी कीमतें पहले की अपेक्षा काफी मजबूत चल रही हैं, जिससे निर्यात में भी महाराष्ट्र का माल ज्यादा जा रहा है।

Desi ghee: no decrement in the shortage

New Delhi, 17 July (NNS): This year, the stock of butter reported to be weak by almost 48/49 percent as compared to the previous year. On the other hand, the stock of butter has not been produced due to the higher consumption in the poly pack despite the weak prices of liquid milk, due to its effect, nominal amount of desi ghee has been started producing in the plants, due to this reason, its prices remained stable at the same level despite the weak sale during the last one month. Here, the premium quality desi ghee has been ruling at Rs 7800/8200 per quintal, whereas, the prices of adulterated stock of desi ghee has not been fixed. It is being available at the lower level by Rs 800/900 per quintal after the increment in the demand and the adulterated stock of desi ghee has been started consuming in the cemeteries and the temples. Presently, the shopekeepers have been misleading the devotees on the name of prasada.

देसी घी- शॉर्टेज में मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 17 जुलाई (एनएनएस) प्लांटों में इस बार बटर का स्टॉक 48-49 प्रतिशत कम है। दूसरी ओर लिक्विड दूध के भाव नीचे होने के बावजूद भी पॉली पैक में अधिक खपने से बटर का उत्पादन नहीं हो रहा है, इसके प्रभाव से देसी घी भी प्लांटों में नाम मात्र का ही बन रहा है। यही कारण है कि पिछले एक महीने से बिक्री कम के बावजूद भी देसी घी के भाव टिके हुए हैं। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का देसी घी 7800/8200 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच चल रहे हैं, जबकि मिलावटी देसी घी के कोई भाव निश्चित नहीं है, जहां भी ग्राहक माल मांग रहा है, वहीं असली देशी घी की अपेक्षा 800/900 रुपए सस्ते भाव में मिलावटिए बेच जाते हैं तथा मिलावटी देशी घी श्मशान घाट एवं मंदिरों में बिकने वाले प्रसाद में खप रहा है तथा मंडियों के दुकानदार देसी घी के प्रसाद के नाम पर भक्तों गुमराह कर रहे हैं।
