New Delhi, 08 August (NNS): The prices of milk powder remained stable at Rs 230/295 per kg due to the lack of rupee in the markets. The new production of milk powder will likely to start after a long time, despite all this, the demand seems weak and the prices may not show more uptrend owing to the rapid selling of the inferior quality stock at the lower level. Presently, the milk has been started arriving from the village level centre and selling out in the poly pack. Apart from this, almost 20 percent of the powder has been selling out in the plants and the arrival pressure of the new stock will likely to arrive after one and a half month, before this, it is profitable to sell the stock at the current level.

दूध पाउडर- अब तेजी का समय नही

नई दिल्ली, 8 अगस्त (एनएनएस) मंडियों में रुपए की तंगी से दूध पाउडर प्रतिशतता के हिसाब से 230/295 रुपए प्रति किलो पर टिके हुए हैं। हम मानते हैं कि नया उत्पादन शुरू होने में अभी लंबा समय बाकी है, इन सब के बावजूद भी ग्राहकी कमजोर होने तथा हल्के माल मंडियों में धड़ल्ले से मंदे भाव में बिकने से तेजी का समय समाप्त हो गया है। इस समय जो भी दूध विलेज लेवल सेंटर से आ रहे हैं, वह पॉली पैक में जा रहे हैं तथा 20 प्रतिशत पाउडर प्लांटों में भी जाने लगे हैं तथा नये उत्पाद का दबाव बनने में कम से कम डेढ़ महीने का समय लगेगा, उससे पहले एक बार माल बचकर निकल जाना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: likely to remain stable

New Delhi, 08 August (NNS): The prices of desi ghee remained stable at the same level due to the shortage of the butter stock in the domestic plants. On the other hand, there is a lack of butter stock in the cooperatives. The companies of private sector are not selling the stock of butter at the lower level because their stock has also been sold for Raksha bandhan. Some companies are already sold the stock of butter in advance, but its delivery seems difficult. Here, almost 95 percent of the butter stock has already been closed, due to this reason, there is a shortage of both butter and desi ghee stock. On the other hand, there is a shortage of desi ghee stock in the producing markets, in these circumstances, the prices of desi ghee may not show more downtrend in the prices.

देसी घी-अभी कुछ दिन ठहराव

नई दिल्ली, 8 अगस्त (एनएनएस) घरेलू प्लांटों में बटर की कमी से देसी घी में ठहराव बना हुआ है। दूसरी ओर कोआपरेटिव्स में बटर का स्टॉक ज्यादा नहीं है। प्राइवेट सेक्टर में कंपनियां बटर के भाव घटाकर नहीं बोल रही है, क्योंकि उनके माल रक्षाबंधन तक के बिके हुए हैं। कुछ कंपनियां अपने बटर को फुल अगस्त तक एडवांस में बेच चुकी है, उनको डिलीवरी देना मुश्किल पड़ गया है, इधर प्लांट 95 प्रतिशत बंद होने से बटर नाममात्र बन पा रहा है। जिस कारण देसी घी, बटर स्टॉक कम गया है। उधर वितरक मंडियों में देशी घी स्टाक में माल ज्यादा नहीं है, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए देसी घी आगे कुछ दिन मंदा  नहीं है।
