New Delhi, 18 November (NNS): The prices of raw material gained by Re 1 to Rs 55/57 per kg due to the increased demand as compared to supply in the markets of North India. Similarly, milk powder prices also being quoted at Rs 305/310 per kg because of the increased demand during the wedding season on seeing the uptrend in the prices of raw milk. The average quality stock prices held stable at Rs 270/280 per kg. There is no possibility of more fluctuations in the prices on seeing the supply and demand during the coming week.

दूध पाउडर-ज्यादा घटबढ़ नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 18 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत की मंडियों में आपूर्ति की तुलना में मांग बढ़ने के कारण कच्चे दूध के भाव एक रुपया बढ़कर 55/57 रुपए प्रति लीटर हो गये। कच्चे दूध में तेजी का रुख होने तथा शादियों का सीजन होने के कारण मांग बढ़ने से दूध पाउडर के भाव 305/310 रुपए प्रति किलो बोले गये। एवरेज क्वालिटी के भाव 270/280 रुपए प्रति किलो पर टिके रहे। सप्लाई व मांग को देखते हुए आगामी सप्ताह में इसमें ज्यादा घटबढ़ की संभावना नहीं है।

Desi ghee: less possibility to decrease

New Delhi, 18 November (NNS): During the review week, the prices of desi ghee held strong at Rs 8000/8450 per quintal due to the weak selling from the plants and increased demand. The pure desi ghee of diaries prices held stable at Rs 10100 per quintal. However, the prices of milk showed uptrend despite the higher supply of raw milk, due to this reason, the prices of desi ghee showed uptrend. There is no possibility of more downtrend in the prices during the coming days.

देसी घी-घटने के आसार कम

नई दिल्ली, 18 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) ग्राहकी निकलने तथा प्लांटों की बिकवाली कमजोर होने से गत सप्ताह के दौरान देसी घी के भाव 8000/8450 रुपए प्रति टीन पर मजबूत रहे। डेयरियों के पक्के देसी घी के भाव 10100 रुपए बोले गये। हालांकि उक्त अवधि के दौरान कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति में बढ़ोत्तरी के बावजूद मांग बढ़ने से दूध की कीमतों में तेजी का रुख रहा। जिसके कारण घी की कीमतों की तेजी को बल मिला। आने वाले समय में इसमें अधिक घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है।
