New Delhi, 17 October (NNS): The prices of milk powder reduced by Rs 15 per kg from the last some days as the consumption of Diwali has already been fulfilled and higher supply of liquid milk in North India. Presently, the market may likely to remain stable at the same level due to Diwali and the full-fledged plants have been started running. On seeing these circumstances, the prices of milk powder may not show downfall. The demand from the companies of cow milk powder of Maharashtra reported to be sluggish. Therefore, it is not profitable to store the stock at the current level.

दूध पाउडर- कुछ दिन मंदा रूकेगा

नई दिल्ली, 17 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ने तथा दिवाली की खपत पूरी होने के बाद दूध पाउडर के भाव पिछले दिनों 15 रुपए घट गए थे। वर्तमान में दिवाली के चलते बाजार ठहर गया है तथा प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने लगे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए आगे दूध पाउडर में कुछ दिन और घटने की गुंजाइश है। महाराष्ट्र का कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर भी वहां की कंपनियां निर्यातकों की भी मांग सुस्त पड़ गयी है। अत: अब स्टाक नहीं रोकना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: will be the shortage of fats

New Delhi, 17 October (NNS): The supply of desi ghee showed again uptrend owing to the downfall in temperature in North India, due to this, the production has been started increasing in the plants, but the sale reported to be high from the last week. The supply of raw milk reported to be decrease to one crore litres in the chilling plants, due to which, the production of desi ghee has been started increasing constantly. The production of desi ghee reported to be high because of the downfall in temperature and higher fats of in milk as comparatively and the supply of liquid milk also showed increment in the powder plants. The stock of companies also slipped by Rs 100/150 per tin due to the constant selling of adulterated stock because the government should have to stop the selling of adulterated butter and Desi ghee stock. This stock has been selling at Rs 6200/7000 per quintal, whereas the branded stock also being traded at Rs 7500/8000 per quintal as per the brand. The best quality desi ghee stock also ruling at Rs 9900/10050 per quintal.

देसी घी-अभी फैट की कमी रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 17 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में तापमान घटने से लिक्विड आपूर्ति एक बार फिर बढ़ गई है, जिससे अब प्लांटों में उत्पादन तेजी से बढ़ने लगा है, लेकिन अभी एक सप्ताह बिक्री जोरों पर रहेगी।  चिलिंग प्लांटों में कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर एक करोड़ लीटर दैनिक रह गई है, जिससे देसी घी का उत्पादन बढ़ने लगा है, दूध में फैट की मात्रा पहले की अपेक्षा मौसम का तापमान गिरने से बढ़ गया है तथा लिक्विड दूध आपूर्ति पाउडर प्लांटों में भी बढ़ गई है। मिलावटी माल बिकने से कंपनियों के माल 100/150 रुपए प्रति टीन नीचे बिक रहे हैं। इसका मुख्य कारण है कि नकली बटर एवं मिलावटी घी पर सरकार को अंकुश लगाना चाहिए। यह माल 6200/7000 रुपए प्रति टीन के पड़ते का बन रहा है, जबकि बाजार में आसानी से नामी गिरामी ब्रांडों के नाम से 7500/8000 रुपए में बिक रहा है। बढ़िया देसी घी के भाव 9900/10050 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच चल रहे हैं।
