New Delhi, 21 January (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed downfall in the plants of MP, Haryana, UP, Punjab and Rajasthan. On the other hand, the milk powder of South India has been selling at the higher level in North India as compared to before, due to this reason, here, the companies are quoting the prices at the higher level. We believe that the plants will run for the long time this year, but the upcountry demand has been started increasing for the consumption of weddings, on seeing this, the stock should be store at the current level. Presently, the premium quality milk powder also selling between Rs 295/308 per kg, whereas, the stock of whey powder and maltodextrin also ruling at Rs 220/240 per quintal. Therefore, the trade will be profitable during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर-अब मंदे का समय नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 21 जनवरी (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान मध्य प्रदेश के प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति थोड़ी घट गई है। उधर दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर पहले से उत्तर भारत में आकर ऊंचे बिक रहे हैं। यही कारण है कि यहां की कंपनियां भी पहले की अपेक्षा तेज बोल रही हैं। हम मानते हैं कि इस बार प्लांट देर तक चलने की संभावना है, लेकिन सदियों की खपत हेतु चालानी मांग निकलने लगी है, इसे देखते हुए अब स्टॉक के लिए प्रतिक्षा नहीं करनी चाहिए। वर्तमान में प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर 295/308 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच चल रहे हैं, जबकि वेपाउडर एवं माल्टोडेक्सट्रिन वाले माल 220 से 240 रुपए के बीच बोल रहे हैं। अत: अब व्यापार लाभदायक रहेगा।

Desi ghee: will remain stable for some days

New Delhi, 21 January (NNS): The prices of premium quality desi ghee gained by Rs 150 to Rs 8750/8925 per quintal in the companies during the current month. Now, this is the peak season of desi ghee production, but the extra consumption of weddings will increase in the coming days, in these circumstances, both the sale and the stock of desi ghee will be profitable at the current level. The buying of liquid milk seems competitive during the current week, but the amount of fats seems high due to the severe weather conditions. Therefore, the market may not show more downfall.

देसी घी-अभी कुछ दिन ठहराव रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 21 जनवरी (एनएनएस) चालू महीने में कंपनियों ने 150 रुपए प्रति टीन तक देसी घी के भाव बढ़ाकर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 8750/8925 रुपए कर दिए। अभी देसी घी उत्पादन का पीक सीजन चल रहा है, लेकिन कुछ दिनों में शादियों की अतिरिक्त खपत बढ़ जाएगी, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के देसी घी में स्टॉक एवं बिक्री हेतु खरीद दोनों लाभदायक रहेगा। चालू सप्ताह के अंतराल लिक्विड दूध की खरीद में प्रतिस्पर्धा रही है, लेकिन सर्दी बढ़ने से फैट की मात्रा बढ़ गई है। अत: बाजार मंदा नहीं लग रहा है।
