New Delhi, 12 November (NNS): Currently, some plants of North India have been started running. Although, the companies are trading the stock after the increment of Rs 10 per kg in the current week, but later on, today, the premium quality stock of milk powder has been ruling at Rs 305/315 per kg as per the needs. Both the inferior quality stock and the stock of South and Maharashtra also ruling at Rs 220/225 and Rs 270/285 per kg respectively. The production of milk has been started improving constantly and the amount of fats also reported to be high, due to this, the companies are purchasing the stock at Rs 58/60 per litre in the companies. Now, the trade of milk powder should not be done at the current level during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-अभी तेजी का लॉजिक नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 12 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कुछ प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने लगे हैं। यद्यपि चालू सप्ताह में कंपनियों ने 10 रुपए प्रति किलो बढ़ाकर मुहूर्त पर दूध पाउडर का व्यापार किया है, लेकिन उसके बाद आज खुलते बाजार प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 305/315 रुपए लिवाल जरूरत का ही व्यापार कर रहा है। नीचे वाले माल 220/225 रुपए एवं साउथ व महाराष्ट्र के माल 270/285 रुपए के बीच बोल रहे हैं। दूध का उत्पादन बढ़ने लगा है तथा फैट की मात्रा अधिक हो जाने से 58/60 रुपए प्रति लीटर कंपनियां खरीद रही हैं। अब इन भावों में दूध पाउडर में तेजी का व्यापार नहीं करना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: should sell the stock at current level

Now, the sale of the stock seems constant in the distributive markets at the second point. The traders are quoting the prices of liquid milk at the higher level due to the competitive buying in the plants of some areas, due to its effect, desi ghee prices have increased by Rs 150 per tin, but it is profitable to sell the stock in these prices and it is profitable to purchase the stock for the storage. The wedding consumption will remain in June, for which, the manufacturing companies will sell the stock till the coming 20 days, in these circumstances, the trade should not be done at the higher level. The supply of liquid milk has been started increasing constantly and the amount of fats seems high in milk. Therefore, the uptrend in the prices of desi ghee seems risky.

देसी घी-अभी अपना माल बेचिए

नई दिल्ली, 12 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में त्यौहारी एवं व्रत की थोक बिक्री प्लांटों से अब समाप्ति की ओर है। अब सेकंड पॉइंट पर वितरक मंडियों में केवल बिक्री रहेगी। कुछ क्षेत्रों के प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध खरीद में प्रतिस्पर्धा के चलते एक डेढ़ रुपए बढ़ाकर बोल रहे हैं, इसके प्रभाव से देसी घी भी पिछले दिनों 150 रुपए प्रति टीन बढ़ा दिए थे, लेकिन इन भाव में स्टॉक का माल बेचना चाहिए तथा स्टॉक हेतु रुक कर माल खरीदना लाभदायक रहेगा। जानू माह में शादियों की खपत रहेगी, जिसके लिए निर्माता कंपनियों से अब ज्यादा से ज्यादा सेल 20 दिन की और रह गई है, इन परिस्थितियों में अब तेजी का व्यापार नहीं करना चाहिए तथा स्टॉक के लिए थोड़ा ठहर कर खरीद करना लाभदायक रहेगा।  लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति प्लांटों में बढ़ने लगी है तथा फैट की मात्रा भी दूध में अधिक आ रही है। अत: वर्तमान की तेजी रिस्की लग रही है।
