New Delhi, 11 May (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed downfall during the previous week, along with this, the exporters started taking enquiry as the war between America, Iran and Israel has been easing down. The prices of milk powder have been ruling at $3490/3500 per tonne in the international markets which has been increased by 2.4 percent during the last some days. It is true that the wedding season will likely to be close for one month after yesterday, due to this reason, the consumption will be weak, but the consumption of ice cream may increase amid increment in temperature. Presently, the prices of premium quality milk powder remained stable at Rs 305/318 per kg. The stock of whey powder and maltodextrin also quoting between Rs 190/220 per kg. It is expected that the prices may increase by Rs 10 per kg during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-घटने का लॉजिक नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 11 मई (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घट गई है, इसके साथ-साथ अमेरिका ईरान इजरायल युद्ध थमने के आसार से दूध पाउडर में निर्यातकों पूछ परख आने लगी है, अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार में दूध पाउडर के भाव 3490-3500 डॉलर प्रति टन के आसपास हो गया है, जो पिछले कुछ दिनों में 2.4 प्रतिशत बढ़ गया है जिससे 5 .पये बढ़कर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी दूध पाउडर के भाव 310/323 रुपये प्रति किलो हो गये। हम मानते हैं कि शादियां कल के बाद एक महीने के लिए बंद हो जाएगी, जिस कारण खपत में कुछ कमी आएगी लेकिन गर्मी बढ़ने से आइसक्रीम सही करने खाद्य पदार्थ की खपत बढ़ेगी। वेपाउडर एवं माल्टोडेक्सट्रिन वाले माल 190/220 रुपए बिक रहे हैं। चलो माह में 10 रुपए बढ़ने का अनुमान लगाया जा रहा है।

Desi ghee: market may increase again

New Delhi, 11 May (NNS):  The prices of desi ghee remained stable at the same level after the increment of Rs 10 per kg due to the uncertainty in the companies of North India amid war. On the other hand, the weddings will be close for the one month in North India, but the production also reported to be weak. The companies started storing the butter stock, but the sale of desi ghee gets affected amid adulterated stock, due to this reason, the companies are quoting the prices of desi ghee at Rs 9400/9600 per quintal, whereas, stock has been selling at an under rate of Rs 50/75. The GC testing is important on seeing the huge amount of adulterated stock in the markets. The confectioners are selling the adulterated stock at Rs 6000/7500 per quintal in thikana reach. Therefore, the government should have to compulsory the GC testing.

देसी घी-फिर बाजार तेज होगा

नई दिल्ली, 11 मई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत की कंपनियों ने युद्ध में अनिश्चितता से 10 रुपए प्रति किलो बढ़ने के बाद आज खुलते बाजार 5 रुपये की ओर तेजी आ गई। उधर शादियां उत्तर भारत में एक महीने के लिए बंद होने जा रही है, लेकिन उत्पादन भी काफी कम रह गया है। कंपनियां मक्खन बनाकर स्टाक कर रही है, लेकिन मिलावटी माल के चलते देसी घी की बिक्री प्रभावित जरूर हुई है। यही कारण है कि 9475/9675 रुपए देसी घी पूर्व भाव पर कंपनियां बोल रही हैं, जबकि बाजार में 50/75 रुपए अंडर रेट माल बिक रहा है। मिलावटी माल की भरमार को देखकर जीसी टेस्टिंग जरूरी हो गया है। मिलावटी माल 6000/7500 रुपए के बीच किसी भी ब्रांड के हलुवाइयों को ठिकाना पहुंच बिक रहे हैं। अत: सरकार को सीसी टेस्टिंग अनिवार्य करना चाहिए।
