New Delhi, 24 October (NNS): the full flash plants of milk powder have been started running in North India. On Diwali, the companies have reduced the prices by Rs 10 per kg, but today, the prices of premium quality milk powder have been quoted at Rs 305/310 per kg. The inferior quality and the south stock also ruling at Rs 250/255 and Rs 240/245 per kg respectively. The production of milk has been started increasing constantly and the companies are purchasing the stock at Rs 59/60 per litre as the amount of fats reported to be high. Now, the trade should not be done at the higher level in these prices.

दूध पाउडर-अब तेजी का समय नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 24 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में कुछ प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने लगे हैं। दिवाली पर कंपनियों ने 10 रुपए प्रति किलो घटाकर मुहूर्त पर दूध पाउडर का व्यापार किया था, लेकिन उसके बाद आज खुलते बाजार पुन: प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के 305/310 रुपए बोलने लगे। नीचे वाले माल 250/255 रुपए एवं साउथ के माल 240/245 रुपए चल रहे हैं। दूध का उत्पादन बढ़ने लगा है तथा फैट की मात्रा अधिक हो जाने से 59/60 रुपए प्रति लीटर कंपनियां खरीद रही हैं। अब इन भावों में दूध पाउडर में तेजी का व्यापार नहीं करना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: should sell the stock at the current level

Now, the selling will remain constant in the distributive markets, in these circumstances, it is profitable to sell the stock of Desi ghee at the current prices. There will be chhath Puja in the next week, due to this, the manufacturing companies will only sell their stock in the coming 2 days, in these circumstances, the trade should not be done at the higher level and it is profitable to purchase the stock after some time for the storage. The supply of liquid milk has been started increasing in the plants and the amount of fats reported to be high in milk and the plants will produce huge amount of stock from the next week.

देसी घी-अब अपना माल बेचिए

नई दिल्ली, 24 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) छठ पूजा की थोक बिक्री प्लांटों से अब समाप्ति की ओर है। अब सेकंड पॉइंट पर वितरक मंडियों में केवल बिक्री रहेगी, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव पर अपना देसी घी बेचकर चलना चाहिए। अगले सप्ताह छठ पूजा है, जिसके लिए निर्माता कंपनियों से अब ज्यादा से ज्यादा सेल 2 दिन की और रह गई है, इन परिस्थितियों में अब तेजी का व्यापार नहीं करना चाहिए तथा स्टॉक के लिए थोड़ा ठहर कर खरीद करना लाभदायक रहेगा।  लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति प्लांटों में बढ़ने लगी है तथा फैट की मात्रा भी दूध में अधिक आ रही है तथा प्लांट भी अगले सप्ताह से अधिक उत्पादन करने लगेंगे।
