New Delhi, 08 May (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reduced by 5 lakh litres to 75/80 lakh litres on daily basis in North India during the last two days, due to this reason, today, the companies are quoting the prices of milk powder at the higher level as compared to the previous week. The prices of milk powder have been quoted at the strong level. The reality is that the consumption of milk powder showed uptrend from the last 10 days. The milk powder of South India is being available at the higher level. In these circumstances, the prices of milk powder may show uptrend at the current level. The premium quality milk powder has been ruling at Rs 305/318 per kg and it is profitable to trade at the current level during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-जड़ में मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 8 मई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में दो दिनों से लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति 5 लाख लीटर घटकर 75-80 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई है, जिस कारण कंपनियां दूध पाउडर के भाव आज भी पिछले सप्ताह के बढ़े भाव पर टिके रहे। कंपनियों में अंदरुनी दूध पाउडर के भाव कुछ मजबूत हो गए हैं। वास्तविकता यह है कि 10 दिनों से दूध पाउडर की खपत शादियों में बढ़ गई है। दक्षिण भारत का दूध पाउडर कुछ महंगे मिल रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के दूध पाउडर में अब तेजी की संभावना बन गई है। जो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का दूध पाउडर 305/318 रुपए प्रति किलो के बीच बिक रहा है, इन भावों में खुलकर व्यापार करना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: possibility of more uptrend

New Delhi, 08 May (NNS): Today, the supply of desi ghee reported to be around 75/80 lakh litres in the plants of UP, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan. The purchase prices for the companies improved by Re 1 per litre in the current week, both the small and the big companies are quoting the prices of desi ghee at the higher level.  The sale of dairy products showed improved trend, due to this, the companies are doing competitive buying of liquid milk, due to this reason, they are purchasing the stock at Rs 59/60 per litre. Incentives also had to be given in some sectors, due to this reason, the companies are not selling the further deals at the lower level. Here, the premium quality desi ghee also ruling at Rs 9450/9600 per tin, whereas, the companies are quoting inferior quality stock at Rs 8100/8300 per quintal. Now, desi ghee has been selling at an under rates of Rs 50/100 per tin. Therefore, it is profitable to trade the stock at the current level during the coming days.

देसी घी-अभी और तेजी की उम्मीद

नई दिल्ली, 8 मई (एनएनएस) यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान के प्लांटों में 75-80 लाख लीटर आज लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति रही, कंपनियों के परचेज भाव चालू सप्ताह में एक रुपए लीटर और बढ़ गए हैं, इसे देखकर छोटी बड़ी कंपनियां अब देसी घी के भाव बढ़ाकर बोलने लगी हैं। डेयरी प्रोडक्ट की बिक्री में सुधार से लिक्विड दूध की खरीद में कंपनियों को प्रतिस्पर्धा करनी पड़ रही है, जिस कारण 59/60 रुपए तक खरीद करना पड़ा है, इंसेंटिव भी कुछ क्षेत्रों में देना पड़ा है, जिस कारण उत्पादन लागत को देखकर कंपनियां आगे के सौदे घटाकर नहीं बेच रही है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी के भाव 9450/9600 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए हैं, जबकि हल्के माल कंपनियां 8100/8300 रुपए बोल रही है। अभी देशी घी, बाजार में 50/100 रुपए प्रति टीन अंडर रेट बिक रहा है। अत: इन भावों में देसी घी की खरीद लाभदायक रहेगी।
