New Delhi, 05 August (NNS): The stock of milk powder has been selling at the sluggish rates to the cooperatives of Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Rajasthan and MP in tender, but the consumption of the stock showed heavy uptrend due to the Rakshabandhan and shri Krishna Janmashatami, due to this reason, recently, the companies have increased the prices of liquid milk rose by Rs 2 to Rs 58/60 per litre, in this situation, the market may show uptrend rather than the downfall. However, the availability of liquid milk seems good as compared to the previous year in the off season. Here, the prices of premium quality milk powder also being traded at Rs 300/310 per kg. Here, the cooperatives of Gujarat and other federations are selling their stock at the reasonable prices. The prices have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets. Therefore, it is not profitable to sell the stock in the panic situation.

दूध पाउडर-पहले पखवाड़े में मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 5 अगस्त (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर तमिलनाडु गुजरात राजस्थान एवं मध्य प्रदेश कोऑपरेटिव में टेंडर द्वारा सस्ते बिक रहे हैं, लेकिन रक्षाबंधन एवं श्री कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी के चलते दूध पाउडर की खपत बढ़ गई है, जिस कारण कंपनियों ने हाल ही में दो रुपए लीटर लिक्विड दूध को बढ़ाकर 58/60 रुपए प्रति लीटर खरीद की हैं। इस स्थिति में अभी बाजार घटने की बजाय बढ़ सकता है। हालांकि इस बार ऑफ सीजन में भी लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि गत वर्ष की समान अवधि की तुलना में अच्छी रही है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर 300/310 रुपए प्रति किलो बिक रहे हैं। इधर गुजरात कोऑपरेटिव्स और अन्य फेडरेशन भी पड़ते में माल बेचने लगे हैं। अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में भाव मजबूत जरूर चल रहे हैं। अत: माल बेचने में घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है।

Desi ghee: no increment due to the adulterated stock

New Delhi, 05 August (NNS): There is a shortage of fats in the plants, but the sale of desi ghee seems feeble as comparatively. The plants will likely to run after a long time, due to this, the prices may not show downfall, but  it is profitable to sell the stock at the current level. Presently, the prices of premium quality desi ghee also being traded at Rs 8750/8950 per quintal in the markets of Delhi NCR, whereas, there is no fixed price of adulterated stock. Here, in delhi NCR, the confectioners are demand the stock between Rs 5500/7000 per quintal as per the quality.

देसी घी-मिलावटी माल से तेजी नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 5 अगस्त (एनएनएस) प्लांटों में फैट्स की मात्रा कम जरूर है, लेकिन उसके अनुरूप देसी घी की बिक्री नहीं है। हम मानते हैं कि कल से श्रावण चल रहा है तथा उसमें देसी घी की खपत में रहने वाली है, लेकिन इस खपत की पूर्ति मिलावटी वाले ही करेंगे, क्योंकि वहां विक्रेताओं को सस्ता भी चाहिए, इन सबके बावजूद भी फैट्स की कमी बाजार मजबूती लिए टिका रहेगा, लेकिन अब तेजी की धारणा धीरे-धीरे कारोबारियों के दिमाग से निकलती जा रही है। प्लांट चलने में भी लंबा समय बाकी है, इसीलिए मंदा तो नहीं है, लेकिन जहां भी मौका मिले, माल बेचते रहना चाहिए। वर्तमान में देसी घी के भाव दिल्ली एनसीआर की मंडियों में प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का 8750/8950 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच क्वालिटी के अनुसार बिक रहे हैं, जबकि मिलावटी माल के कोई भाव नहीं है। यहां दिल्ली एनसीआर में 5500 से 7000 रुपए के बीच हलुवाई जहां भी रेंज के हिसाब से मांग रहे हैं, सप्लायर पहुंचाते जा रहे हैं।
