New Delhi, 02 September (NNS): Due to the constant fluctuation of weather in North India, the supply of liquid milk reduced to 40/42 lakh litres on daily basis, whereas, its consumption reported to be at the higher level for Shri Krishna janamashatami. The prices of liquid milk have been ruling at the higher level, due to this, the production cost seems high, due to this reason, one or two companies have increased its prices by Rs 5 per kg during the current week, in this situation, the stockists are selling out their stock at the lower level. The festival consumption will likely to remain constant further, on seeing this, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices. The supply of liquid milk have not showed uptrend because the productivity also gets affected in some areas. Under these circumstances, the trade of milk powder should not be done at the lower level.

दूध पाउडर-लागत महंगा से मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 2 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में मौसम उतार चढ़ाव होने से लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर 40-42 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई है, दूसरी ओर श्री कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी हेतु लिक्विड दूध की खपत बढ़ गई है। लिक्विड दूध के ऊंचे भाव होने से उत्पादन लागत महंगा हो गया है। यही कारण है कि एक-दो बड़ी कंपनियों द्वारा 5 रुपए चालू सप्ताह बढ़ाए जाने से स्टाकिस्ट घटाकर बेचने के  इच्छुक नहीं है। आगे त्यौहारों की खपत रहने वाली है, इसे देखते हुए भले ही तेजी ना आए, लेकिन मंदे की गुंजाइश नहीं है। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति भी अभी नहीं बढ़ रही है, क्योंकि गर्मी व उमस होने से कुछ क्षेत्रों में पिछले दिनों ब्यात भी प्रभावित हुआ था, इन परिस्थितियों में अभी मंदे का व्यापार दूध पाउडर में नहीं करना चाहिए। प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के माल 315/328 रु ही चल रहे हैं।

Desi ghee: no more downfall

New Delhi, 02 September (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reported to be around 42 lakh litres on daily basis in the plants of North India. The companies of both desi ghee and butter started storing the stock, due to this reason, the prices of desi ghee have been ruling at the higher level. On the other hand, the adulterated stock of desi ghee is not been able to sell in the markets. Along with this, the stock has been trading directly in the markets from the plants, due to this reason, the prices of best quality desi ghee rose to Rs 9650/9825 per tin in the current week. The supply of liquid milk also showed downfall in the companies during the last three days, due to this reason, there is a shortage of production along with this, the production cost also reported to be at the higher level. Therefore, the market may increase during the near future.

देसी घी-अभी मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 2 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति 42 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई है। कंपनियां देसी घी व मक्खन का स्टॉक कुछ रोकने में लगी हुई हैं, जिस कारण देसी घी बाजार में ऊंचे वहां पर व्यापार हो रहा है। दूसरी ओर मिलावटी देसी घी पर पहले की अपेक्षा अंकुश लगा हुआ हैं, साथ ही साथ प्लांटों से सीधे व्यापार वितरक मंडियों में हो रहे हैं। इस वजह से बढ़िया देसी घी चालू सप्ताह में बढ़कर 9650/9825 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गया है। आगे जिस हिसाब से लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति तीन दिनों के अंतराल कंपनियों में घटी है, जिससे उत्पादन में कमी होने के साथ-साथ लागत आगे बढ़ गई है। अत: बाजार आगे और तेज लग रहा है।
