New Delhi, 19 September (NNS): The peak season of liquid milk will start after one month and the full fledged plants will likely to run after Diwali and the plants will run in the second half of October, due to this reason, the prices of milk powder may not show downfall. The upcountry demand of the Dusshera seems constant after the consumption of Pitrupaksh, on seeing these circumstances, the prices of milk powder remained stable at Rs 315/325 per kg, but the stock should be sell constantly during the near future.
दूध पाउडर-त्योहारी मांग से मंदा नहीं
नई दिल्ली, 19 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) हम मानते हैं कि लिक्विड दूध का पीक सीजन आने में अभी एक महीने का समय बाकी है तथा प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने में दिवाली बीत जाएगी, फुल फ्लैश अक्टूबर के दूसरे पखवाड़े में ही चल पाएंगे, जिस कारण दूध पाउडर में अभी मंदे की धारणा नहीं है। पितृपक्ष की खपत के बाद दशहरा की चालानी मांग इस बार अभी चल रही है, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए 315/325 रुपए प्रति किलो के दूध पाउडर में घटने की बिल्कुल गुंजाइश नहीं है, लेकिन स्टाक भी बेचते रहना चाहिए।
Desi ghee: no possibility of more uptrend
New Delhi, 19 September (NNS): This year, there is a shortage of the butter stock in the plants, but the adulterated stock of butter also ruling at Rs 440/445 per kg in the small plants. Now, the stock has not been available at Rs 520 per kg due to the shortage of best quality butter stock and the sale seems good. The sale of adulterated stock of desi ghee has been selling at the sluggish rates, but the best quality stock will likely to sell at the its own prices. The best quality stock has been selling after the decrement of Rs 100/150 per tin as compared to the companies, but the companies are quoting the prices of new stock at the higher level. Here, the premium quality stock of desi ghee also being traded at Rs 9800/10050 per quintal, but the adulterated stock also being traded at Rs 6500/6700 per quintal. The new GST of 5 percent will be impose from 22nd September, due to this, there is no logic of uptrend in the prices, due to this, it is profitable to sell the stock at the current level.
देसी घी- अब तेजी की गुंजाइश नहीं
नई दिल्ली, 19 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) इस समय प्लांटों में बटर का स्टॉक ज्यादा नहीं है, लेकिन मिलावटी बटर 440/445 रुपए प्रति किलो छोटे प्लांटों तक गुपचुप में अराजक तत्व पहुंचाने लगे है। अभी बढ़िया बटर स्टॉक की कमी में जो 520 रुपए प्रति किलो में भी उपलब्ध नहीं हो रहा है, उसकी बिक्री अभी अच्छी चल रही है। देसी घी की बिक्री मिलावटी मालों की सस्ते भाव में हो रही है, लेकिन बढ़िया माल अभी अपने भाव पर बिकेगा। बढ़िया माल कंपनियों की अपेक्षा 100/150 रुपए प्रति टीन नीचे जरूर बिक रहे हैं, लेकिन कंपनियां नया माल काफी तेज बोल रही है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का देसी घी ब्रांड रेपुटेशन के हिसाब से 9800/10050 रुपए बिक रहे हैं, जबकि मिलावटी माल 6500/7500 रुपए के बीच ठिकाना पहुंच में बेच रहे हैं। अगले 22 सितंबर से नई जीएसटी दर 5 प्रतिशत लगने जा रही है, इसलिए यहां से तेजी का कोई लॉजिक नहीं बनता है। इसलिए इन भावों में अपना माल बेचते रहना चाहिए।
