New Delhi, 13 June (NNS): The supply of raw milk reported to be weak in the plants and most of the plants have already been closed, due to this, the production of milk powder seems feeble in North India. The milk powder of South India is being available at the sluggish prices in the markets of North India. Presently, the supply of liquid milk has been started decreasing in the plants, due to this reason, the market remained stable at the same level after the uptrend during the previous days. The milk powder is being traded at Rs 320/330 per kg on seeing the consumption and the production. It is expected that the prices may improve by Rs 10 per kg and this year, the temperature has been decreasing constantly, due to this reason, it is profitable to trade at the current level.

दूध पाउडर-जड़ में मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 13 जून (एनएनएस) कच्चे दूध की आपूर्ति प्लांट में काफी कम रह गई है तथा अधिकतर प्लांट बंद भी हो चुके हैं, जिससे उत्तर भारत में दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन बहुत ही कम रह गया है। दक्षिण भारत का मिल्क पाउडर, पहले की अपेक्षा उत्तर भारत की मंडियों में सस्ता पड़ रहा है। वर्तमान में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति प्लांटों में और घट गयी है, जिस कारण पिछले दिनों बढ़ने के बाद भाव ठहर गए हैं। उत्पादन व खपत को देखते हुए 320/330 रुपए प्रति किलो का जो दूध पाउडर बिक रहा है, उसमें अभी ठहरकर 10 रुपए की और तेजी लग रही है, इस बार रुक रुक कर मौसम का तापमान बरसात से गिर जा रहा है जिस कारण मुनाफा भी लेते रहना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: increased demand of the adulterated stock

New Delhi, 13 June (NNS): The stock of desi ghee manufactured from the adulterated butter has been selling out rapidly in all the countries and traders of Rajasthan and Gujarat are doing adulteration, due to this reason, there is a lack of butter and desi ghee in the plants of North India, despite this, the market remained stable at the same level from the last one week. The production of desi ghee reported to be 420/425 tonnes on daily basis owing to the weak supply of liquid milk. The premium quality desi ghee also ruling at Rs 8850/9100 per quintal, whereas, the prices slipped by Rs 100 per quintal. The inferior quality stock of RM value also being traded at Rs 7000/7800 per quintal. On seeing this, there is no possibility of more uptrend. The prices of adulterated desi ghee showed constant fluctuations. The customer which is being purchase the stock at the current level, they are selling their stock at the current level. According to the sweet manufacturers, their stock has been selling out constantly in the markets.

देसी घी-मिलावटी बटर का चलन बढ़ा

नई दिल्ली, 13 जून (एनएनएस) देश के सभी मंडियों में मिलावटी बटर से निर्मित देसी घी धड़ल्ले से बिकने लगा है तथा राजस्थान गुजरात वाले भी मिलावट करने में सक्रिय हो गए हैं। यही कारण है कि उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में देसी बटर का स्टाक कम होने के बावजूद भी देसी घी  का बाजार पिछले एक महीने से टिके हुए हैं। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घट जाने से देसी घी का उत्पादन केवल 420-425 टन दैनिक रह गया है। देसी घी के भाव 8850/9100 रुपए प्रति टीन प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के रह गए हैं, जबकि बाजार में 100 रुपए सस्ता बिक रहे हैं। नीचे वाले माल आर एम वैल्यू के हिसाब से 7000/7800 रुपए के बीच बिक रहे, इसे देखते हुए निकट में और तेजी नहीं लग रही है। मिलावटी देसी घी का कोई भाव नहीं है। जिस भाव का ग्राहक थोक में मांग रहा है, उसी भाव का बनाकर सप्लाई दे देते हैं। मिठाई निर्माता का कहना है कि हमारा माल तो बिक ही रहा है।
