On the other hand, the stock of malto dextrin and whey powder has been consuming for the festivals of Kartik month because this is being available at the sluggish rates. The big consuming festival like Diwali will arrive soon. Presently, the federations are fulfiling the demand of consumption of Diwali at the lower level, in these circumstances, the market may likely to remain stable at the same level in the near future, but it is profitable to sell the stock at the current level.

दूध पाउडर-अभी माल का प्रेशर नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 3 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में गुलाबी मौसम से लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि बढ़ गई है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर 310/320 रुपए प्रति किलो चल रहे हैं। दूसरी ओर माल्टोडेस्ट्रिन एवं वेपाउडर वाले माल कार्तिक मास के त्योहारों हेतु खप रहे हैं, क्योंकि वह कुछ सस्ते पड़ रहे हैं। आगे दिवाली का खपत वाला बड़ा त्यौहार आ रहा है। वर्तमान भाव में खपत की पूर्ति मंदे भाव में फेडरेशन करने लगे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में बाजार में निकट में स्थिरता लग रही है, वर्तमान भाव पर माल बेचना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: prices may improve by Rs 10 per kg

New Delhi, 03 October (NNS): there is a shortage of butter stock in all the plants of North India, whereas, the all round demand of desi ghee seems constant for Diwali and chhath puja, due to this season, it’s prices gained by Rs 150 to Rs 9700/9900 per tin and it’s prices have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets, due to this, here, the prices of 80/82 percent fats also ruling at Rs 520/530 per kg in the ex-plants. The producing full fledged plants will likely to run after 25 October, due to this, the prices may show heavy uptrrnd in the current month. The Marathi stock has been producing rapidly and also being purchase continuously.

देसी घी-10 रुपए किलो बढ़

नई दिल्ली, 3 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के किसी भी प्लांट में बटर का स्टॉक नहीं है, दूसरी ओर दिवाली एवं छठ पूजा की देसी घी में चौतरफा मांग बनी हुई है, जिस कारण 150 रुपए प्रति टीन और बढ़कर देसी घी के भाव 9700/9900 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच चल रहे हैं तथा अभी भी अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में उसके भाव ऊंचे होने से यहां 80-82 फैट का माल 520/530 रुपए प्रति किलो एक्स प्लांट में भाव चल रहे हैं। अभी देसी घी उत्पादन करने वाले प्लांट 25 अक्टूबर के बाद फुल फ्लैश चलेंगे, इसलिए देसी घी में चालू माह के अंतराल तेजी की उम्मीद है। मराठी माल धड़ल्ले से बन रहे हैं तथा पकड़े भी जा रहे हैं।
