New Delhi, 05 May (NNS): Presently, both the local and upcountry demand of milk powder reported to be sluggish because the temperature showed downfall in the second half of the week. We believe that the stock of milk powder has been exporting constantly and the market gets affected due to lack of rupee in the markets. Here, around 85/90 lakh litres of liquid milk reported to arrive on daily basis. Here, the consumption of milk powder reported to be high for the weddings, due to this reason, it is expected that the prices will likely to remain high n future. The exporters are demanding huge amount of milk powder from the cooperatives of Tamil Nadu and the plants of Maharashtra along with this, its prices also ruling at the higher level in Tamil nadu and Maharashtra as compared to the same period of the previous year. Therefore, the companies are selling the stock at the higher level. Now, the premium quality milk powder remained stable at Rs 310/318 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-थोड़ा ठहर कर तेजी
नई दिल्ली, 6 मई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में रुक रुक कर मौसम का तापमान कम हो जाने से लिक्विड दूध की अतिरिक्त खपत में 10 प्रतिशत की कमी आई है, इन सब के बावजूद भी लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति प्लांटों में घट जाने से अधिकतर प्लांट कम चल रहे हैं। यही कारण है कि पिछले दिनों की आई तेजी के बाद बाजार 310/318 रुपए प्रति किलो पर ठहर गए हैं। दक्षिण भारत से इस बार उत्तर भारत में दूध पाउडर नहीं आ रहा है, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के दूध पाउडर में घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है, लेकिन थोड़ा ठहर कर फिर 10 रुपए प्रति किलो की और तेजी आ जाएगी।

Desi ghee: prices may improve by Rs 10 per kg
New Delhi, 05 May (NNS): The prices of des ghee remained stable at the same level after the increment in the prices due to the increment in demand of both butter and desi ghee. On the other hand, the previously stucked containers of both butter and desi ghee at the ports, now, they are shipping constantly and the new deals also started, due to this reason, the exporters started purchasing the butter stock, due to this, the market may increase due to the support of export and constant local and upcountry demand. Presently, the prices of desi ghee have been ruling at Rs 9400/9600 per tin, whereas, the companies are quoting up the prices by Rs 100 per quintal. Therefore, its trade will be profitable at the current level. The stock of both butter and desi ghee has been started decreasing in the plants. Now, at the current lower prices, stockists do not see any risk in desi ghee. However, the adulterated stock of desi ghee is creating a lot of problems in the selling of best quality desi ghee, but there is a lack of 80/82 percent fats in butter stock in the companies and its production showed downfall in the plants, due to this reason, it is expected that the prices may increase by Rs 10 per kg during the coming days.

देसी घी-बटर में निर्यातकों की लिवाली
नई दिल्ली, 6 मई (एनएनएस) मौसम का तापमान गिरने से देसी घी की खपत में 7 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि तीन दिनों के अंतराल हुई है। हम मानते हैं कि लिक्विड दूध की अतिरिक्त खपत में कुछ कम जा रहा है, लेकिन देसी घी की खपत में वृद्धि हुई है, बटर भी निर्यात में जा रहा है। इधर शादियां भी चल रही हैं, जिस कारण 9400/9600 रुपए प्रति टीन पर कंपनियां तेज बोल रही हैं। बाजार में 100 रुपए प्रति टीन अंडर रेट माल जरूर बिक रहा है, लेकिन कंपनियां बिकवाल नहीं हैं, इसे देखते हुए देसी घी में फिर से तेजी लग रही है। मिलावटी माल भी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, लेकिन उसका प्रभाव खपत को देखते हुए कम पड़ रहा है।
