New Delhi, 01 December (NNS): The upcountry demand of milk powder has already been over. Most of the big sweets manufacturers are purchasing the stock as per their needs. On the other hand, the availability of milk powder showed heavy increment as the temperature reduces and it is expected that the production of milk powder may increase in the plants during the current month. Presently, the premium quality milk powder also ruling at Rs 285/295 per kg as the production reported to be high along with feeble demand. Its prices may decrease by Rs 10 per kg in the second week of December.

दूध पाउडर-अभी बाजार दबेगा

नई दिल्ली, 1 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर में चालानी  मांग समाप्त हो चुकी है। अधिकतर बड़े मिष्ठान निर्माता जरूरत की खरीद कर रहे हैं। दूसरी ओर मौसम का तापमान गिरने से लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि और बढ़ गई है तथा संभावना यह है कि चालू माह में प्लान्टों दूध पाउडर के उत्पादन में और वृद्धि हो जाएगी। फिलहाल ग्राहकी कमजोर होने तथा उत्पादन बढ़ने से कंपनियों ने दूध पाउडर के भाव पुराने मंदे भाव पर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के भाव 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो सेल दिया। आगे  दिसंबर के दूसरे सप्ताह में 10 रुपए प्रति किलो की और गिरावट लग रही है।

Desi ghee: prices may decrease after some time

New Delhi, 01 December (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reported to be around 2.25 crore litres on daily basis in North India during the current week, due to this reason, huge amount of liquid milk have been consuming in desi ghee plants along with the chilling plants and full fledged plants have been started running. The prices of milk powder also ruling at Rs 55/58 per litre, due to this reason, the market remained stable at the lower level in the review week. Here, the premium quality desi ghee also selling between Rs 8900/9200 per quintal, whereas, the companies are quoting the prices at Rs 9000/9300 per quintal. The adulterated stock has been selling out rapidly in the markets, in these circumstances; the market may decrease after some time in the near future.

देसी घी-थोड़ा रूककर और मंदा आएगा

नई दिल्ली, 1 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) चालू सप्ताह में उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति 2.25 करोड़ लीटर दैनिक पर पहुंच गई है, जिस कारण लिक्विड दूध की खपत चिलिंग प्लांटों एवं देशी घी प्लांटों में प्रचुर मात्रा में हो रही है तथा अधिकतर प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने लगे हैं। लिक्विड दूध के भाव भी 55/58 रुपए प्रति लीटर रह गए हैं। इस वजह से उक्त सप्ताह में पूर्व मंदे भाव पर बाजार टिके रहे हैं। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 8900/9200 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच बिकने लगे हैं, जबकि कंपनियों के भाव 9000/9300 रुपए बोले गए। मिलावटी माल भी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में अभी कुछ दिन ठहर कर और मंदे की उम्मीद दिखाई दे रही है।
