New Delhi, 10 August (NNS): During the review week, the manufacturing companies have purchased the stock of liquid milk at the previous level, but the prices of milk powder showed strong trend because of the higher local and upcountry demand. In Delhi reach, milk powder also being traded at Rs 250/255 per kg in Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, after this, it is being traded at Rs 260/265 per kg. Most of the companies and federations of North India are selling the stock of cow milk powder in packing, due to this, this fulfils the demand, but the prices of milk powder showed heavy uptrend again due to pitrupaksh, but the trade should not be done at the long uptrend during the near future.

दूध पाउडर- अभी बाजार तेज रहेगा

नई दिल्ली, 10 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) पिछले सप्ताह निर्माता कंपनियों ने लिक्विड दूध पूर्व के भाव ही खरीद किया गया, लेकिन लोकल एवं चालानी मांग निकलने से दूध पाउडर में मजबूती के लिए अकड़ बनी रही। महाराष्ट्र तमिलनाडु में जो दूध पाउडर दिल्ली पहुंच में 250/255 रुपए प्रति किलो बिक रहे थे, उसके बाद 260/265 रुपये व्यापार होने लगे हैं। उत्तर भारत में अधिकतर कंपनियां , फेडरेशन वाले काउ मिल्क पाउडर पैकिंग करके बेचने लगी हैं, जिससे यहां की पूर्ति अभी हो रही है, लेकिन लिक्विड दूध की खपत पितृपक्ष के चलते एक बार फिर बढ़ जाने से दूध पाउडर में तेजी लग रही है, लेकिन लंबी तेजी का व्यापार नहीं करना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: uptrend due to the shortage of fats

New Delhi, 10 August (NNS): The rainfall seems constant in North India, due to this, the prices of milk gained by 87/88 lakh litre on daily basis during the previous week. Presently, desi ghee prices also went up by Rs 20 to Rs 300 per tin due to the lack of fats in the companies. Here, the companies are selling the stock in the poly pack at the higher level as the consumption of liquid milk showed heavy uptrend. There is a shortage of the butter stock to the manufacturing companies, due to this reason, the premium quality desi ghee also jumped to Rs 9500/9950 per quintal. Presently, the stock of desi ghee seems feeble in the producing companies. Therefore, the market may show uptrend during the near future.

देसी घी-फैट की कमी से तेजी

नई दिल्ली, 10 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में बरसात अच्छी हो रही है, जिससे गत सप्ताह दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़कर 87-88 लाख लीटर दैनिक हो गई। फिलहाल कंपनियों में फैट की कमी से एक बार फिर देसी घी में 20 रुपए प्रति किलो यानी 300 रुपए प्रति टीन की तेजी की और तेजी लग रही है। इधर लिक्विड दूध की खपत बढ़ने से कंपनियों को पॉलिपैक में सप्लाई के लिए कुछ बढ़ाकर खरीद करना पड़ रहा है। इधर निर्माता कंपनियों के पास बटर का  स्टॉक नहीं है। इस वजह से 9500/9950 रुपए प्रति टीन पर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का देसी घी आज छलांग लग गया। वर्तमान में देसी घी का उत्पादन कंपनियों में काफी घट गया है। अत: अभी बाजार और बढ़ सकता है।
