New Delhi, 26 June (NNS): The prices of milk powder remained stable at Rs 250/295 per kg due to the heavy shortage of rupee in the markets and constant increment in the temperature. The new production will likely to start after a long time, despite all this, the prices will likely to remain stable at the same level because of the rapid selling of the inferior quality stock at the lower level and weak demand. Presently, the milk of village level centre has been selling out constantly in the poly pack and the new production will likely to arrive after three months, before this, the market may show uptrend again during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-अभी कुछ दिन ठहराव

नई दिल्ली, 26 जून (एनएनएस) गर्मी पड़ने एवं बाजारों में रुपए की भारी किल्लत से दूध पाउडर क्वालिटी के अनुसार माल 250/295 रुपए प्रति किलो पर टिके हुए हैं। हम मानते हैं कि नया उत्पादन शुरू होने में अभी लंबा समय बाकी है, इन सब के बावजूद भी ग्राहकी कमजोर होने तथा हल्के माल मंडियों में धड़ल्ले से मंदे भाव में बिकने से कुछ दिन ठहराव लग रहा है। इस समय जो भी दूध विलेज लेवल सेंटर से आ रहे हैं, वह पॉली पैक में जा रहे हैं तथा उत्पाद नया आने में कम से कम तीन महीने का समय लगेगा, उससे पहले एक बार बाजार तेज होना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: higher price of desi ghee

New Delhi, 26 June (NNS): The import prices of desi ghee reported to be high due to the higher prices of butter in the international markets. On the other hand, there is a lack of butter stock in the cooperatives. The companies are quoting the prices at the higher level in the private sector because their stock has already been sold out in the markets. Some companies have sold the stock of butter in advance whose delivery seems difficult, in these circumstances, the production of desi ghee reported to be weak than butter. In contrary to this, there is a lack of desi  ghee stock in the markets, in these circumstances,  the price of desi ghee may increase during the coming days.

देसी घी-बटर के पड़ते महंगे

नई दिल्ली, 26 जून (एनएनएस) अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाजारों में बटर के भाव ऊंचे होने से आयात पड़ता काफी महंगा लग रहा है। दूसरी ओर कोआपरेटिव्स में बटर का स्टॉक ज्यादा नहीं है। प्राइवेट सेक्टर में कंपनियां बटर के भाव बढ़कर बोल रही है, क्योंकि उनके माल आगे के बिके हुए हैं। कुछ कंपनियां अपने बटर के उत्पाद को 10 जुलाई तक पहले ही एडवांस में बेच चुकी है, उनको डिलीवरी देना मुश्किल पड़ गया है, इन परिस्थितियों में देसी घी, बटर से भी कम बन रहा है। उधर देशी घी स्टाक में माल ज्यादा नहीं है, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए देसी घी आगे चलकर फिर बढ़ जाएगा।
