New Delhi, 12 June (NNS): The prices of premium quality milk powder improved by Rs 10 to Rs 285/295 per kg due to the increased both the domestic and the export demand of milk powder alongwith the lack of liquid milk in North India. It is also true that full fledged plants will likely to run after four months and the most of the plants are under maintenance. The supply of liquid milk may show downtrend from the last 2 months, on seeing this, the market may increase after the stability in the prices during the coming one or two days.

दूध पाउडर-ग्राहकी की भारी कमी

नई दिल्ली, 12 जून (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विर दूध की कमी एवं दूध पाउडर में घरेलू व निर्यात मांग निकलने से पिछले महीने 10 रुपए बढ़ाकर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के दूध पाउडर के भाव 285/295 रुपए प्रति किलो कर दिए। हम मानते हैं कि प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने में अभी 4 महीने का समय लगेगा तथा अधिकतर प्लांट अब मेंटेनेंस में जा चुके हैं। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति 2 महीने में और घट जाएगी, इसे देखते हुए कुछ दिन ठहराव के बाद बाजार फिर से बढ़ जाएगा।

Desi ghee: no decrement in the roots

New Delhi, 12 June (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed downfall in North India, due to this, the production of both butter and desi ghee showed downfall, due to this reason, the premium quality desi ghee rose by Rs 150 to Rs 7650/7950 per tin according to the brand reputation. On the other hand, the sale of best quality desi ghee seems feeble in the rural areas due to the sluggish selling of the adulterated stock and it is being traded at the lower level by Rs 50/60 per tin in the markets as compared to the companies, on seeing these circumstances, the market remained stable at the same level after the uptrend in the prices, but there is no decrement in the roots. The market may increase because the plants have been ruling from the long time.

देसी घी-जड़ में मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 12 जून (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घट जाने से देसी घी एवं बटर का उत्पादन ठप पड़ गया है, जिस कारण दो सप्ताह पहले 150 रुपए प्रति टीन बढ़कर प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के देसी घी 7650/7950 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच ब्रांड के रेपुटेशन के हिसाब से बिकने लगे हैं। दूसरी ओर मिलावटी माल सस्ते बिकने से बढ़िया देसी घी की बिक्री ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में घट गई है तथा कंपनियों की अपेक्षा बाजारों में 50/60 रुपए प्रति टीन नीचे भाव में व्यापार होने लगा है, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए देसी घी में तेजी थोड़ा ठहर कर आएगी, लेकिन जड़ में मंदा नहीं है। प्लांट चलने में लंबा समय होने से फिर बढ़ जाएगा।
