New Delhi, 21 October (NNS): The prices of milk powder increased by $30/35 per tonne during the last some days in the European countries, due to this reason, the export prices also seems high due to the decrement in  the prices of Maharashtra’s milk powder. During the previous week, here also, its prices gained by Rs 10 to Rs 295/305 per kg. In spot, milk powder also ruling at $2750/2875 per tonne and in the November contract, it is being available at $2940/2950 per tonne, but the prices of North India have been ruling at the higher level. The milk powder of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu is same as the previous, due to this, the export prices have been ruling at the higher level, in this situation, the prices may not show more downfall on  seeing the consumption.

दूध पाउडर-विदेशों में भाव बढ़े

नई दिल्ली, 21 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) यूरोपीय देशों में पिछले कुछ दिनों के अंतराल दूध पाउडर के भाव 30-35 डॉलर प्रति टन बढ़ गए हैं, जिस कारण अभी भी महाराष्ट्र के दूध पाउडर काफी नीचे होने से निर्यात में पड़ता लग रहा है। गत सप्ताह यहां भी 10 रुपए प्रति किलो बढ़कर 295 305 रुपए दूध पाउडर के भाव हो गए ग्लोबल मार्केट में दूध पाउडर 2750-2875 डॉलर प्रति टन  का हाजिर में चल रहा है तथा नवंबर कॉन्ट्रैक्ट में 2940-2950 डॉलर का सुनने में आरहा है, लेकिन उत्तर भारत के दूध पाउडर बहुत ही ऊंचे हैं, महाराष्ट्र एवं तमिलनाडु के दूध पाउडर लगभग वहां के बराबर हैं, इसलिए कहीं से कोई निर्यात को पड़ता नहीं है। इस स्थिति में उत्पादन जिस तरह खपत हो रही है, उसे देखकर निकट में मंदा नहीं लग रहा है।

Desi ghee: no decrement in the roots

New Delhi, 21 October (NNS): There is a shortage of butter stock in the plants and the availability of liquid milk also reported to be weak as comparatively even after the running of all the plants despite the huge amount of liquid milk stock has also been lying  on seeing the downfall in the temperature and good rainfall in the producing areas, due to which, the market showed heavy uptrend. Now, the consumption of Diwali and Chatt pooja seems constant. It is also true that the amount of fats seems weak in liquid milk as compared to the same period of the previous year. Presently, the prices of desi ghee remained stable at the same level owing to the ongoing festival demand. Here, huge amount of liquid milk has already been distributed due to the running of all the plants, due to this, there is no possibility of  more uptrend in the prices of desi ghee. The plants of western UP will run rapidly and the adulterated stock also started unloading rapidly in the markets.

देसी घी-जड़ में मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 21 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) यद्यपि प्लांटों में इस बार बटर का स्टॉक कम जरूर है, दुग्ध उत्पादक क्षेत्रों में अच्छी बरसात होने तथा मौसम का तापमान नीचे आ जाने से लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि बढ़ाने के बावजूद प्लांटों में उत्पादन एक साथ चलने से क्षमता के अनुरूप लिक्विड दूध नहीं मिल रहा है, जिससे बाजार तेज चल रहा है। अभी दिवाली एवं छठ पूजा के लिए खपत रहेगी। हम मानते हैं कि इस बार लिक्विड दूध में फैट्स की मात्रा गत वर्ष की अपेक्षा अधिक बैठ रही है। फिलहाल त्योहारी मांग से देसी घी के भाव टिके हुए हैं। इधर एक साथ प्लांट चल जाने से लिक्विड दूध बंट गया है। जिससे देसी घी में अब तेजी की गुंजाइश नहीं है। प्लांट, पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश में तेजी से चलने लगे हैं तथा मिलावटी माल भी धड़ल्ले से मंडियों में उतरने लगा है।
