New Delhi, 26 August (NNS): The peak season of liquid milk will likely to arrive after a long time and the plants will run after September and October. The full fledged plants will run from the second fortnight of October. Despite this, most of the festivals held before 20 days this year, due to this reason, the prices of milk powder may show uptrend. The upcountry demand of shri ganesh chaturthi and Dusshera has been started increasing, on seeing these circumstances; the prices of milk powder may not decrease from Rs 310/320 per kg during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-खपत बढ़ने से तेजी

नई दिल्ली, 26 अगस्त (एनएनएस) हम मानते हैं कि लिक्विड दूध का पीक सीजन आने में अभी दो महीने का लंबा समय बाकी है तथा प्लांट चलने में सितंबर-अक्टूबर 2 महीना बीत जाएगा, फुल फ्लैश अक्टूबर के दूसरे पखवाड़े से ही शुरू होगा। इन सब के बावजूद भी अधिकतर त्यौहार इस बार 20 दिन पहले पड़ रहे हैं, जिस कारण दूध पाउडर में तेजी की धारणा बन गई है। गणेश चतुर्थी पितृपक्ष एवं दशहरा की चलनी मांग इस बार अभी से निकल रही है, इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए 310/320 रुपए प्रति किलो के दूध पाउडर में घटने की अब बिल्कुल गुंजाइश नहीं है।

Desi ghee: market will remain high

New Delhi, 26 August (NNS): Presently, there is a shortage of butter stock in the plants, but both the inferior and superior quality stock of butter has been selling out to the small plants at Rs 440/445 per kg by the adulterants. Now, butter is being traded at Rs. 485/495 per kg due to the shortage of butter stock, but its selling seems constant. The adulterants are selling the stock at the lower level, but the best quality stock will at its own price. The best quality stock will sell at its own price. The best quality stock has been selling after the downfall of Rs 100/150 per quintal and the companies are quoting the new stock at the higher level. Here, premium quality desi ghee is being traded at Rs 8900/9400 per quintal, whereas, the adulterated stock has been selling at Rs 6200/7400 per quintal in thikana reach, due to this, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices during the near future.

देसी घी-अभी बाजार तेज होगा

नई दिल्ली, 26 अगस्त (एनएनएस) इस समय प्लांटों में बटर का स्टॉक ज्यादा नहीं है, लेकिन हल्के भारी बटर 440/445 रुपए प्रति किलो छोटे प्लांटों तक मिलावटिए पहुंचाने लगे है। अभी बढ़िया बटर स्टॉक की कमी में जो 485/495 रुपए प्रति किलो बिक रहा है, उसकी बिक्री अभी अच्छी चल रही है। देसी घी की बिक्री मिलावटी मालों की सस्ते भाव में हो रही है, लेकिन बढ़िया माल अभी अपने भाव पर बिकेगा। बढ़िया माल कंपनियों की अपेक्षा 100/150 रुपए प्रति टीन नीचे जरूर बिक रहे हैं, लेकिन कंपनियां नया माल काफी तेज बोल रही है। यहां प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का देसी घी ब्रांड रेपुटेशन के हिसाब से 8900/9400 रुपए बिक रहे हैं, जबकि मिलावटी माल 6200/7400 रुपए के बीच ठिकाना पहुंच में बेच रहे हैं, इसलिए इन भाव में मंदा नहीं लग रही है।
