New Delhi, 16 September (NNS): The supply of liquid milk increased by 5/6 lakh litres to 67/68 lakh litres due to the constant rainfall in North India during the previous week, but the prices of liquid milk in poly pack is being available at the higher level to the manufacturing companies, due to this, huge amount of liquid milk is being consume in the packing, due to this reason, the production of milk powder seems feeble as comparatively. The prices may not show more uptrend, but the prices may decrease after some time. The production of calfs has been increasing constant due to the constant rainfall, due to this reason, the availability of liquid milk showed uptrend, in these circumstances, there is no possibility of more uptrend in the prices. It is expected that the availability of the may increase. Here, the prices of maltodextrin and whey powder have been ruling at the lower level, due to which, the sale of the best quality stock does not seems favourable during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़ी

नई दिल्ली, 16 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) गत सप्ताह उत्तर भारत में बरसात होने से लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति 5-6 लाख लीटर और बढ़कर 67-68 लाख लीटर दैनिक हो गई, लेकिन निर्माता कंपनियों को लिक्विड दूध पैकिंग में ज्यादा पड़ता लग रहा है, इसलिए अधिकतर लिक्विड दूध अभी पैकिंग में ही खप रहे हैं। यही कारण है की दूध पाउडर के उत्पादन में अपेक्षाकृत कम वृद्धि हो रही है। आगे तेजी तो नहीं है, लेकिन मंदा आने में अभी थोड़ा विलंब लगेगा। पिछेती बरसात बढ़िया होने से व्यांत ठीक चल रही है, जिस कारण लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि बढ़ गई है, इन परिस्थितियों में अब तेजी नहीं है। आगे चलकर लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि और बढ़ेगी। इधर माल्टोडेक्सट्रिन एवं वेपाउडर वाले माल अभी मंदे भाव के मंडियों में बिक रहे हैं, जिससे बढ़िया माल की बिक्री अनुकूल नहीं है।

Desi ghee: decrement after some time

New Delhi, 16 September (NNS): The best quality desi ghee showed downtrend due to the arrivals of the adulterated stock, but huge amount of butter stock has been lying in the plants and the full-fledged plants will likely to run after September. After this, the consumption of Navratri may increase, due to this, the prices may decrease after Dusshera. The prices of liquid milk have been ruling at Rs 50/53 per litre. Presently, the prices of  desi ghee have been ruling between Rs 7700/8100 per tin.

देसी घी-अभी ठहरकर मंदा

नई दिल्ली, 16 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) हालांकि मिलावटी माल आने से बढ़ियां देसी घी की बिक्री काफी घट गई है, लेकिन किसी भी प्लांट में बटर का स्टॉक अधिक नहीं होने तथा प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने में सितंबर का महीना निकल जाएगा। उसके बाद नवरात्रि की खपत बढ़ जाएगी, इसलिए दशहरा के बाद ही मंदा आएगा। लिक्विड दूध के भाव 50/53 रुपए लीटर के आसपास चल रहे हैं। वर्तमान में देसी घी के भाव 7700/8100 रु प्रति टीन के बीच बाजार में चल रहे हैं।
