New Delhi, 14 July (NNS): The temperature reported to be high in North India, due to this, the supply of liquid milk reduced to 48/50 lakh litres on daily basis. The prices of liquid milk have been ruling at the higher level, due to this, its production cost also reported to be high, in this situation, one to two big companies have reduced the prices by Rs 5 per kg during the previous week, despite this, the companies are not selling their stock at the lower level. The consumption will likely to remain high in the shrawani festival, on seeing this, even if there is no increment in the prices, but the prices may not show more downfall during the near future. The supply of liquid milk have not showed uptrend because of the increment in the temperature, along with this, the productivity of cattle gets affected due to the moisture in some areas, in these circumstances, the trade of milk powder should not be done at the lower level. The companies have reduced the prices of inferior quality premium stock by Rs 305 per kg during the previous week, whereas, the prices of premium quality best stock also ruling at Rs 315/328 per kg.

दूध पाउडर-उत्पादन लागत महंगा

नई दिल्ली, 14 जुलाई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में मौसम गरम होने से लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति घटकर 48-50 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई है, लिक्विड दूध के ऊंचे भाव होने से उत्पादन लागत महंगा हो गया है। यही कारण है कि एक-दो बड़ी कंपनियों द्वारा 5 रुपए पिछले सप्ताह घटाए जाने के बावजूद भी लीडर कंपनियां माल घटाकर बेचने के  इच्छुक नहीं है। आगे श्रावणी त्यौहार में खपत रहने वाली है, इसे देखते हुए भले ही तेजी ना आए, लेकिन मंदे की गुंजाइश नहीं है। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति भी अभी नहीं बढ़ रही है, क्योंकि गर्मी ज्यादा है, उसके साथ-साथ उमस होने से कुरछ क्षेत्रों में ब्यात भी गड़बड़ाने की खबर आ रही है, इन परिस्थितियों में अभी मंदे का व्यापार दूध पाउडर में नहीं करना चाहिए। प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के नीचे वाले माल 305 रुपए पिछले सप्ताह दो कंपनियों ने घटा दिए थे, जबकि प्रीमियम क्वालिटी के बढ़िया माल 315/328 रुपए ही चल रहे हैं।

Desi ghee: problem due to the adulteration

Now, the companies started storing the sock of both desi ghee and butter, due to this reason, the prices of desi ghee have been ruling at the higher level. On the other hand, the stock of adulterated desi ghee has been selling out rapidly in the markets along with this, the trade seems constant in the distributive markets, due to this reason, the best quality desi ghee manufacturers are facing a lot of problems. Here, the prices of liquid milk rose to Rs 9650/9750 per tin. The arrivals of liquid milk reduced in the companies during the last three days, due to this, the production seems feeble along with this, the production reported to be high, in these circumstances, the consumption of both butter and desi ghee has been started increasing. Therefore, the market may likely to remain high during the near future.

देसी घी- मिलावट से परेशानी

नई दिल्ली, 14 जुलाई (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति 50 लाख लीटर दैनिक रह गई है। कंपनियां देसी घी व मक्खन का स्टॉक कुछ रोकने में लगी हुई हैं, जिस कारण देसी घी बाजार में ऊंचे वहां पर व्यापार हो रहा है। दूसरी ओर मिलावटी देसी घी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, साथ ही साथ प्लांटों से सीधे व्यापार वितरक मंडियों में हो रहे हैं। इस वजह से बढ़िया देसी की निर्माताओं को परेशानी हो रही है। यहां लिक्विड दूध घटने से चालू सप्ताह बाजार बढ़कर 9650/9750 रुपए प्रति टीन बिक रहा है। आगे जिस हिसाब से लिक्विड दूध की आवक तीन दिनों के अंतराल कंपनियों में घटी है, जिससे उत्पादन में कमी होने के साथ-साथ लागत आगे बढ़ गई है, इन परिस्थितियों में मक्खन एवं देसी घी के खपत मांग निकलने लगी है, अत: बाजार आगे तेज लग रहा है।
