New Delhi, 03 September (NNS): This year, the prices of milk powder have been ruling at the higher level in the international markets. The reality is that there is a lack of inferior quality stock in Manila, Bangladesh, Oman and Nepal, due to this reason, the prices was ruling at $2560 per tonne, but now, it is being available at $2640 per tonne, due to this reason, both the imported and desi demand showed heavy uptrend. The cow milk powder of South India has been selling at Rs 265/275 per kg in the markets of North India. The milk powder which was being sell at Rs 310/320 per kg in the companies, now, the prices may gain in the near future. Here, the milk powder of Maharashtra and Gujarat’s federation has been selling at the higher level.

दूध पाउडर-घरेलू एवं निर्यात मांग बढ़ी

नई दिल्ली, 3 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाजारों में दूध पाउडर के भाव इस समय ऊंचे चल रहे हैं। वास्तविकता यह है कि मनीला बांग्लादेश ओमान एवं नेपाल में हल्के माल की भारी शॉर्टेज बन गई है। यही कारण है कि जो गत माह दिनों 2560 डॉलर प्रति टन था, उसके भाव 2640 डॉलर हो गए हैं। जिस कारण अंतर्राष्ट्रीय एवं घरेलू मांग काफी बढ़ गई है। दक्षिण भारत का कॉउ मिल्क पाउडर उत्तर भारत की मंडियों में आकर 265/275 रुपए प्रति किलो आकर बिक रहा है। उत्तर भारत की कंपनियों का जो दूध पाउडर 310/320 रुपए बिक रहा है, इसमें और तेजी लग रही है। इधर महाराष्ट्र एवं गुजरात फेडरेशन के दूध पाउडर यहां आने वाले ऊंचे बिक रहे हैं।

Desi ghee: will be the shortage of the stock

New Delhi, 03 September (NNS): There is a shortage of butter stock in the plants and the production cost reported to be high. Now, the powder plants will likely to run after a long time, due to this, the stock of butter has been producing by the nominal companies. The prices of butter and desi ghee improved by Rs 10 per kg during the last two days. The government has decided to impose the GST of 5 percent over desi ghee and butter, due to this, there will be revolution in Dairy industry. Here, the prices of liquid milk showed heavy uptrend, but its prices improved by Re 1 per litre during the previous week. Now, the consumption of both desi and butter will remain constant, in these circumstances, the prices of desi ghee may show uptrend at the current level, but the best quality dsi ghee has been selling at an under rate on seeing the constant arrivals of adulterated stock. Here, the companies are quoting the prices at Rs 9100/9600 per quintal, whereas, the market has been ruling at an under rate of Rs 100 per quintal.

देसी घी-अभी माल की कमी

नई दिल्ली, 3 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) बटर का स्टॉक किसी भी प्लांट में नहीं है तथा उत्पादन लागत महंगी हो गई है। अभी पाउडर प्लांट चलने में लंबा समय लगेगा, इसलिए मक्खन का उत्पादन भी पहले जो छिटपुट कंपनिया चल रही है। गत दो दिन पहले मक्खन एवं देसी घी के भाव भी 10 रुपए किलो बढ़ गए। सरकार द्वारा मक्खन एवं देसी घी पर जीएसटी 5 प्रतिशत कर दिए जाने का प्रावधान है, इससे डेयरी उद्योग में क्रांति आएगी। इधर लिक्विड दूध के  भाव भी तेज हो गए हैं, बल्कि पिछले सप्ताह एक रुपया लीटर की तेजी आ गई है। अभी आगे भी देसी घी एवं मक्खन का खपत रहने वाला है, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव के देसी घी में और तेजी की संभावना बन गई है, लेकिन मिलावटी माल आने से बढ़िया देसी, बिक्री के अभाव में बाजार में अंडर रेट आज भी बिक रहा है। यहां 9100/9600 रुपए कंपनियां बोल रही है जबकि बाजार में 100 रुपए अंडर रेट में व्यापार हो रहा है।
