New Delhi, 27 August (NNS): The consumption of milk powder of ganesh chaturthi has already been over. Now, the demand of sweets and dry fruits manufacturers have been started increasing for the consumption of Ashwin month. The supply of liquid milk has been started improving in the plants, but the plants will likely to run after a long time. Now, the stock of liquid milk has been selling in poly pack. The exporters started taking enquiry of milk powder at the sluggish rates. Here, the consumption of bhado seems constant, in these circumstances, the milk powder which was being traded at Rs 310/320 per kg, now, there is no possibility of more downfall in the prices. Therefore, the traded should not be done at the panic situation.

दूध पाउडर-आश्विन मास की खपत बढ़ी

नई दिल्ली, 27 अगस्त (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर में गणेश चतुर्थी की खपत समाप्त हो गई, अब आश्विन मास की खपत के लिए मिठाई तथा मावा निर्माताओं की मांग निकलने लगी है। प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति सुधरने  लगी है, लेकिन प्लांट चलने में अभी लंबा समय बाकी है। अभी  लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति पॉली पैक में ही हो रही है। नीचे वाले भाव में निर्यातको की पूछ परख साउथ के दूध पाउडर में चल रही है। इधर भादौ की खपत चल रही है, इन परिस्थितियों में वर्तमान भाव का दूध पाउडर जो 310/320 रुपए प्रति किलो बिक रहा है, इसमें घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है। अत: इन भावों में स्टॉक को घबरा कर नहीं बेचना चाहिए।

Desi ghee: will be the shortage of the stock

New Delhi, 27 August (NNS): Now, there is a shortage of design ghee stock in the plants because the prices of butter have remain high for the whole year. Here, both the shortage and the consumption of Ashwin month will remain constant for 30th September. However, the adulterated stock of desi ghee are the hindrance in the selling of best quality stock, but there is lack of 80/82 percent fats in all the companies and the plants will likely to arrive after two months. Some companies are producing nominal amount of stock at the current level, but it will not fulfill the demand, due to this reason, the prices of premium quality stock  also being traded at Rs 9000 per quintal. The companies are trading the stock at the current level and the adulterated stock also selling between Rs 6700/7500 per quintal.

देसी घी-माल की कमी रहेगी

नई दिल्ली, 27 अगस्त (एनएनएस) अभी देसी घी का स्टाक प्लांटों में काफी कम है, क्योंकि पूरा सीजन ही बटर के भाव ऊंचे रहे हैं। इधर भाद्रपद आश्विन की खपत एवं शॉर्टेज दोनों 30 सितंबर तक रहेगी। यद्यपि मिलावटी घी, बढ़िया देसी घी को बिकने में परेशानी कर रहे हैं, लेकिन किसी भी कंपनी में 80-82 फैट्स का बटर स्टॉक में नहीं है तथा प्लांट चलने में कम से कम दो महीने से ऊपर का समय लगेगा। कुछ कंपनियां रेगुलर में जो उत्पादन करती हैं, उनमें छिटपुट माल बन रहा है, लेकिन उससे पूर्ति नहीं है। यही कारण है कि बाजार में 9000 रुपए से कम अभी देसी घी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का नहीं मिल रहा है। कंपनियां बढ़े भाव पर ही व्यापार कर रही है, मिलावटी माल 6700/7500 रुपए के बीच बिक रहे हैं।
