New Delhi, 12 February (NNS): The availability of liquid milk reported to be good in the plants of North India, due to this reason, the procurement eased by Re 1 to Rs 53/54 per kg and the companies also purchased the stock of VLC at Rs 56 per kg respectively. There were around two crore litres of liquid milk reported to arrive on daily basis in the plants of North India. Therefore, it is profitable to purchase the stock at the current level. The traders of South India have been selling the stock of milk powder at the lower level.

दूध पाउडर-उत्पादन बढ़ने से मंदा

नई दिल्ली, 12 फरवरी (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि अपेक्षाकृत प्लांटों में अच्छी हो रही है, जिस कारण प्लांट फुल क्षमता में चलने से प्रोक्योरमेंट चालू सप्ताह एक रुपए प्रति किलो घटाकर 53/54 एवं वीएलसी 56 रुपए प्रति किलो कंपनियों ने खरीद किया। शादियां एक माह से जोरों पर होने के बावजूद दक्षिण भारत के माल सस्ता आने से दूध पाउडर में कंपनियां घटाकर बेचू हैं। लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति दो  करोड़ लीटर उत्तर भारत के प्लांटो में दैनिक हो रही है। अत: वर्तमान भाव में माल  जरूरत के अनुसार ही खरीदना चाहिए। दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर भी वर्तमान भाव पर घटाकर बिकवाल आ रहे हैं।

Desi ghee: butter export seems sluggish

New Delhi, 12 February (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reported to be high as compared to before in all the producing plants of Meerut, Khurja, Siyana, Bulandshehr, Aligarh, Khurja, Charra, Kaasganj, Pihova, Palwal, Agra, Meewat, Kurukshetra, Kundali and Raai, due to this reason, the prices of desi ghee declined by Rs 100/150 to Rs 8500/8700 per quintal. Butter 82 percent fats also being quoted at Rs 420/425 per kg. This year, the export of butter may showed uptrend in the European and the Egypt countries, but the enquiry seems weak from the last 10 days. The production price of desi ghee and butter reported to be good, due to this reason, the prices may not show more downtrend in the prices during the coming days.

देसी घी-बटर के निर्यात में भी खामोशी

नई दिल्ली, 12 फरवरी (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति मेरठ खुर्जा सियाना बुलंदशहर अलीगढ़ खुर्जा छर्रा कासगंज पिहोवा पलवल आगरा मेवात कुरुक्षेत्र कुंडली राई सभी क्षेत्रों के उत्पादक प्लांटों में पहले की अपेक्षा वृद्धि हुई है। जिस कारण देसी घी के भाव 8500/8700 रुपए प्रति टीन पर 100/150 रुपए नीचे आ गए हैं। बटर के भाव भी 82 प्रतिशत फैट वाले माल के 420/425 रुपए पर नरम बोलने लगे हैं। इस बार यूरोपीय एवं इजिप्ट के देशों में बटर का निर्यात भी बढ़ गया था, लेकिन 10 दिनों से पूछ परख कम है। देसी घी एवं बटर के उत्पादन पड़ते ठीक लग रहे हैं। इस वजह से अब निकट में कुछ और मंदा आने वाला है।
