New Delhi, 03 September (NNS): There is a lack of demand in milk powder due to the weak demand in the markets, but full-flesh plants will likely to run after some time and the productivity of the cattle also reported to be good due to the constant rainfall, due to this reason,  the availability of liquid milk seems high, in these circumstances, the prices may not show m ore uptrend. The reality is that the stock of maltodextrin and whey powder has been selling at the lower level in the markets, due to this reason, the sale of best quality stock reported to be unfavorable and the inferior quality stock has been fulfilling the demand of the consumers. Therefore, the milk powder remained stable at Rs 295 per kg. It is expected that the prices will likely to remain stable at the same level during the near future.

दूध पाउडर- अभी ठहर कर मंदा

नई दिल्ली, 3 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) मंडियों में रुपए की तंगी होने से दूध पाउडर में ग्राहकी का अभाव चल रहा है, लेकिन फुल फ्लैश चलने में अभी काफी समय लगेगा तथा पिछेती बरसात बढ़िया होने से व्यांत ठीक चल रही है,जिस कारण लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि बढ़ गई है, इन परिस्थितियों में अब तेजी नहीं है। आगे चलकर लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि और बढ़ेगी। वास्तविकता यह है कि माल्टोडेक्सट्रिन एवं वेपाउडर वाले माल अभी मंदे भाव के मंडियों में बिक रहे हैं, जिससे बढ़िया माल की बिक्री अनुकूल नहीं है तथा हल्के माल खपत की पूर्ति कर रहे हैं। अत: यहां दूध पाउडर 295 रुपए प्रति किलोग्राम के पूर्वस्तर पर ही रुका रहा। आने वाले एक-दो दिनों में यह इसी स्तर के आसपास बना रह सकता है।

Desi ghee: no more decrement

New Delhi, 03 September (NNS): The sale of best  quality desi ghee reported to be weak after the arrivals of the adulterated stock in the markets, but there is a lack of butter stock in all the plants and the full-fledged plants will likely to run after a month. The price of liquid milk remained stable at Rs 49/50 per litre. This year, the availability of desi ghee seems high as compared to the same period o the previous year, due to which, the poly pack milk will be profitable to the manufacturing companies. It is expected that the availability of butter and desi ghee may increase, due to this reason, the prices may not show more uptrend, but the market will likely to remain stable at the same level because of the shortage of stock. Presently, desi ghee prices have been ruling at Rs 7700/8200 per quintal. There is no possibility of more downtrend in the spot desi ghee prices during the coming one or two days.

देसी घी-रुककर आ सकती है मंदी

नई दिल्ली, 3 सितम्बर (एनएनएस) मिलावटी माल आने से बढ़ियां देसी घी की बिक्री काफी कम रह गई है, लेकिन किसी भी प्लांट में बटर का स्टॉक अधिक नहीं होने तथा प्लांट फुल फ्लैश चलने में एक महीने का और समय लगेगा। लिक्विड दूध के भाव 49/50 रुपए लीटर के आसपास चल रहे हैं। इस बार उपलब्धि गत वर्ष की अपेक्षा अच्छी हो रही है, जिससे पोली पैक दूध के पड़ते निर्माता कंपनियों को लाभप्रद हो रहे हैं। आगे चलकर बटर एवं देसी की भी उपलब्धि बढ़ने वाली है, जिससे तेजी तो नहीं है, लेकिन माल की कमी से भाव यही टिका रहेगा। वर्तमान में देसी घी के भाव 7700/8200 रु प्रति टीन के बीच बाजार में चल रहे हैं। आगामी एक-दो दिनों में हाजिर में देशी घी में मंदी की आशंका नहीं दिख रही है।
