New Delhi, 01 October (NNS): The availability of liquid milk has been started increasing constantly due to the constant rainfall in the country, but the milk has been distributed all-round due to the running of all the plants. Apart from this, huge amount of liquid milk has been selling out in the poly pack because its prices have been ruling at the higher level. Despite all this, the milk powder has not been stored because of the increased Navratri demand despite the higher production and improved export sale, on seeing these circumstances, the prices may decrease after some time.

दूध पाउडर-अभी मंदा में विलंब

नई दिल्ली, 1 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) देश में बढ़िया मानसून की बरसात होने से लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि निरंतर बढ़ रही है, लेकिन प्लांट सभी चल जाने से चारों तरफ दूध वितरित हो गया है। इसके अलावा अभी भी पॉलीपैक में ही ज्यादा लिक्विड दूध जा रहा है, क्योंकि उसमें बढ़िया पड़ता लग रहा है। इन सबके बावजूद भी निर्यात की बिक्री सुधरने तथा दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन बढ़ने के बावजूद नवरात्रि दिवाली की मांग बढ़ने से दूध पाउडर स्टॉक में नहीं जा रहा है , इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए अभी मंदा आने में विलंब होगा।

Desi ghee: adulterants will not let the prices to go up

New Delhi, 01 October (NNS): The availability of liquid milk showed uptrend in the plants as compared to before, but there is a lack of arrival pressure after the running of most of the plants. The arrival pressure of adulterated stock seems high in all the markets which is being sold at the sluggish prices as compared to the best quality desi ghee. Now, after the Tirupati balaji temple, the adulterated stock has also noticed in the big temple of Rajasthan. Before this, the adulterants had also been caught in the two big companies of Haridwar, in these circumstances, desi ghee is being sold at Rs 7700/8200 per tin, now, there is no possibility of more uptrend in the prices, but the prices may decrease after Diwali. The difference between desi best quality and the adulterated stock reported to be high.

देसी घी-मिलावटिए उठने नहीं देंग

नई दिल्ली, 1 अक्टूबर (एनएनएस) देसी भी प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि पहले की अपेक्षा काफी बढ़ गई है, लेकिन अधिकतर प्लांट चल जाने से प्रेशर नहीं है। मिलावटी माल का जोर सभी मंडियों में बना हुआ है, जो बढ़िया देसी घी से काफी सस्ते बेचने लगे हैं। अभी हाल ही तिरुपति बालाजी मंदिर के बाद राजस्थान के भी एक बड़े मंदिर में मिलावटी माल संज्ञान में आया है। उससे पहले हरिद्वार में भी दो बड़ी कंपनियों के नाम से मिलावट करने वाले पकड़े गए हैं, इन सारी परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए जो देसी घी 7700/8200 रुपए प्रति टीन के बीच यहां बिक रहा है, इसमें अब बढ़ने की गुंजाइश नहीं है, लेकिन अभी मंदा दिवाली के बाद ही आएगा। बढ़ियां देसी घी नामी गिरामी ब्रांडों में भी अब अंतर ज्यादा हो गया है।
